Description

This Blacklake Golf Resort vacation rental condo overlooks the ninth fairway of the Lakes course. There is a nice patio with afternoon sun for watching the golfers go by but the condo is set above the course for privacy.

Amenities in our condos include the following:

• The condo is clean, light and bright

• Two bedrooms with comfortable beds and bed linens; one California king and one queen

• One large bathroom, updated with two separate sink areas and tile walk-in shower

• Two HDTV’s, one in living room with Golf Channel, Netflix and many others

• Charter Spectrum internet and wi-fi

• Phones with unlimited local and long distance calling to the US and Canada,

• In the kitchen – it’s fully equipped with everything for the cook, modern and clean. Many extras and little things you will be happy to find in a vacation rental condo

• Local information - Lots of info about local activities, menus and recommendations for our favorite restaurants (and our guests), day trips and local attractions

• Washer and dryer in the condo

• Books and games – something for everyone including cookbooks and our latest local book club selections

• Rayne soft water

On the Patio:

• Gas barbeque on nice patio with afternoon sun, patio table and chairs.

There is no air conditioning in the Blacklake Golf Resort condos. Please enjoy our temperate weather year round - average high is around 70 degrees.

Onsite:

• Blacklake Swim Club – is a private club for Blacklake residents and our guests. It includes swimming pool and spa, heated all year

• Blacklake Bar & Grill – Open for lunch and cocktails.

• Blacklake Golf Resort – A three minute walk to the Blacklake pro shop, pick up your golf cart and return to the condo for your clubs. Golf discounts at Blacklake, Avila Beach, Monarch Dunes, Cypress Ridge and other local courses – just ask for details

Located between Santa Barbara and San Luis Obispo on California's Central Coast, Blacklake has 27 holes and is perfect for all levels of golfers. Including Blacklake and Avila Beach, there are about 15 golf courses within an hour's drive. In addition to Blacklake and Avila several other local courses including nearby Monarch Dunes and Cypress Ridge offer discounts for our rental guests.

Also nearby are many wineries, beaches, shopping (check out the outlets at Pismo Beach for great deals!), deep sea fishing, hiking, biking and many scenic drives. Take the Amtrak train to Santa Barbara (80 miles south) in the morning- travel along the coast and see the beautiful scenery. Enjoy the day in Santa Barbara and return in the afternoon, it's a great day trip. Avila Beach, Shell Beach, Pismo Beach, Guadalupe Beach and others are all within a 30 minute drive.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Candyce (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
