This Blacklake Golf Resort vacation rental condo is located overlooking the ninth fairway of the Lakes course at Blacklake. There is a nice patio with afternoon sun for watching the golfers go by but the condo is set above the course for privacy. Blacklake Golf Resort and our condominiums are located in a rural area of southern San Luis Obispo County. We are about 85 miles north of Santa Barbara and 20 miles south of San Luis Obispo. It is beautiful here, with blue skies and lush mature landscape. There are 27 holes of golf to play or just enjoy the scenery. Santa Maria, San Luis Obispo and Santa Barbara airports all an easy drive.

Art and Candyce Espinoza have a very well appointed, clean, and comfortable condo. We especially liked the good beds, soft water and keyless entry system. The location of the condo is an easy distance to the beaches and wineries. Other local attractions are farmers' markets and many good restaurants which the Espinozas have written about in their notebook. They have excellent information available in the condo about what there is to do in the area. All in all, a very satisfactory experience.

We rented the one-story Blacklake condo for five weeks during the construction of our vacation home, and we were delighted with all aspects of our stay. Candyce and art have done a wonderful job of creating a comfortable and well-equipped vacation rental that is filled with every convenience one could imagine. We loved the beautiful view of the golf course, the great furnishing and TVs, and every other aspect of the condo. Our only regret was being too busy to indulge in curling up on that comfy leather sofa with one of the great books that our hosts provided. If you are looking for a lovely haven to call home while visiting California's beautiful Central Coast, look no further. This place is great... With plenty of golf, a beautiful area for walking, and even a daily exercise class in the community pool, you will be very pleased.
I was a hotel manager for many years, and I say "Hats off to Candyce and art". They have hit a home run when it come to hospitality.

My husband and I greatly enjoyed our stay in this lovely condo at Blacklake. The quiet neighborhood was perfect for a relaxing vacation with easy access to the beach and many other Central Coast attractions. The owners were very easy to work with and provided plenty of information, maps and recommendations to ensure we had a wonderful experience. Thanks again to Candyce and art!

My sister and I got my parents a 3 night and 4 day stay at this condo for their 30 year anniversary. We completed the entire process via the internet and Candyce made the whole thing very simple and stress free. When my parents arrived, they said the condo was immaculate and Candyce was very sweet and thoughtful. My mother was pleased that Candyce and art had thought of everything from hangers in the closet to local restaurant guides. Candyce and art have created a full visitors handbook complete with local attractions, how to identify poison oak, and how to use the appliances within the condo.
My parents were impressed with the attention to detail and the warmth and hospitality Candyce and art showed them. My parents returned home raving about the wonderful weekend they had and they can not wait to go back!! -

Very clean and well designed condo for a quiet vacation. But it is conveniently located for various activities and shopping. The weather was wonderful in early June. The owner takes care of all the details for daily activities. We are glad that someone take care of their business very serously. We are impressed and will go back again. We do not want too many people to know their place so that we can go back. Bur we have to be fair and happy to give them 5 star rating. Thank you.

The condo was in fantastic condition and extremely clean and tidy. I walked in and immediately felt relaxed and at home. The decor was beautiful. The combination lock on the front door was great never had to carry keys while on a walk- so handy I want one for my own home. The best part was my morning cup of coffee overlooking the 9th fairway- so peaceful and relaxing. For relaxing, wine tasting,golfing or enjoying the near by beaches, this is the best value on the central coast.

This was a perfect place for my husband and I to stay for our little getaway. Candyce was great to work with and was very quick to respond to any of my questions.
The 2 bedroom condo was very clean and the additional amenties left by the owners were such a nice touch.
We only had one concern/complaint...

Our family members were able to stay in two different condos within walking distance of each other -- both owned by the same people.
Both condos were very nice, comfortable and stocked with many amenities needed for a enjoyable stay. Location was centralized enough to visit sites like Hearst Castle, Morro Bay, Pismo Beach, Solvang, and especially the wine trails.
We highly recommend these condos and will stay again if our travels take us to that location. -

Had a lovely weekend. Very restful.Condo was very clean, quiet and lovely decor. Enjoyed the jacuzzi and washer/dryer came in handy. Bed was very comfortable. View of golf course was beautiful. We will surely return again. Much better than a hotel...more like home! Candyce was a pleasure to deal with.

Your condo was immaculate, and we loved staying there. We even said hello to Marilyn. Monarch Dunes only charged us forty something per player with your card, and the course was fabulous. The only problem is that now my wife no longer wants to stay in hotels. I'm sure we'll be calling in the future.

Second time staying here on golf outing with another friend. Accommodations are great right off the Blacklake golf course. Nice and quiet place. Owners take very good care of the place and are very accommodating. Inside is very clean as well.

We stayed at the 2bed, 1ba condo on the 9th fairway at Blacklake Golf Resort. The condo is beautifully decorated and perfectly appointed. The owner's are super friendly and joined us the last night for a barbeque. I would highly recommend this condo and rate our stay as 5 Stars!

Cleanliness is our first priority when staying somewhere other than our own home, so my husband and I were thrilled at how incredibly clean and neat we found this condo. The owners have thought of absolutely everything necessary to guarantee their guests' comfort. We loved how quiet and peaceful it was, and the view of the golf course was very nice. Can't think of a thing we would have changed, it was a great place to stay. We will be back!

It is without a doubt a wonderful place to spend a month or more. The amenties are great, the little cities, the ocean and the golf make this a number 10 in my books. It is also nice to be in the country, i.e. 5 miles from Nipomo, the quiet, losts of birds singing and just the greenery of the beautiful sorrounding hills is hard to put into words.
The accommodation is comfortable, clean and in a great area. -

Candyce and art's two bedroom Blacklake condo on the ninth fairway was a comfortable home away from home. The condo, recently renovated, was spotless, well equipped and nicely furnished. Awaiting us on our arrival were a basket of goodies, a bottle of wine and a bowl of fruit. Their condo also included a well stocked spice cupboard, daily newspaper delivery, free local phone service, satellite TV, high speed internet service, a BBQ and a well organized collection of information on the local and surrounding areas. All in all we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend renting from Candyce and art.

Along with my wife and another couple we very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, well located for our golfing needs, very well appointed. We did not find a signle thing tha twas lacking, there was plenty of information, Candyce answered all our pre trip questions and was able to get good rates at the 3 courses we played.
I will stay there again and highly recommed the condo. -

Candyce and art Espinoza have raised vacationing at their lovely condo to an art form. All is pleasing to the eye and certainly comfortable. The only thing one needs to provide is food, and depending on your length of stay, other staples.
Candyce and art manage all this lovely caretaking in the least obtrusive way and you will surely feel as if you are in your own home.
We can't wait to return!

This has been our 3rd delightful, consecutive year at 1453 Golf Course Lane. The Condo is just the right size for 2 people and can accommodate 2 guests when needed.It has all the services we required such as TV, computer hookup, phone and more. The patio looks over the golf course and the condo is a close walk to the Pro Shop. The condo is very clean and decorated in a modern style. It feels to us a home away from home.

We really enjoyed the beautiful up-graded condo with all the accompanying amenities.The accommodation couldn't have been better to meet our
needs. WE took advantage the propane barbeque on the patio on several occassions and enjoyed
watching the variety birds that came to feed from the bird feeders just off the patio. Also visited the local Nipomo outdoor market on the week-ends to
pickup fresh fruit and vegetables. There is a great
variety of restaurants in the area where you can enoy excellent dining. Oh yes, the golf and weather
were great at both Blacklake and Avila Beach golf

Located half way between San Francisco and Los Angeles, Nipomo is the perfect getaway spot. The area still has that small country feel but also provides the entertainment you so desire!!
If you like to play golf and relax, this is the perfect place for you. Candyce and Art Espinoza go out of their way to make your stay the most enjoyable and comfortable vacation ever.
The provide every amenity that you can imagine, from the patio grill down to a coffee filter, they got you covered. They even have cookie pans to make chocolate chips cookies, which is tradition with us. The condos are very well appointed and comfortable and they feel just like home.
We have stayed with them for 10 years in each of their two condos - one has a lovely golf course view and the other has a beautiful grove of oak trees and birds to watch and feed. Candyce even provides the peanuts and bird food!
Blacklake provides something for everyone. You can walk to the Blacklake golf course, or play at Monarch Dunes or Cypress Ridge course which are both just a short drive away.
You and the kids will love swimming in the pool and spa.
View the golfers passing by or feed the scrub jays, orioles and quail. Or take a long walk amongst the Eucalyptus trees.
If you love to be pampered, there is even a brand new day spa in town that is one of the best.
There is something for everyone!!
Pismo beach is just a short drive away. Enjoy the sand dunes and the Monarch butterflys.
Like to shop? Pismo Beach Outlet is just a 15 minute drive away and it is a favorite of ours. Arroyo Grande's downtown historical village has plenty of antique and gift stores to puruse.
And for the the wine connoisseur, take a moment to drive up through Edna Valley and enjoy some of the best wine San Luis Obispo has to offer.
Some of the best Santa Maria Barbeque can also be found in this area.

This is an immaculate three bedroom, 2 1/2 bath condominium located in the central Califoria coast region. The weather is consistently good, particularly for playing golf. There are a number of first class golf courses within an easy distance, as well as a variety of excellent restaurants and many small towns and wineries to explore.
