On our second visit to Blacklake we rented a vacation home from Vivian and Charles. We found the unit to be in excellent condition and the facilities first-rate. Any problems were taken care of in a timely manner. We look forward to our return visit this November.

Spent 4 days playing golf & wine tasting (with some old buddies.) Excellent accomodations & great location. Disappointed with course conditons at Black Lake Golf Course. Highly recommend Monarch Dunes & Cypress Ridge Golf Courses.

The condo is great! Very comfortable, clean, and in a perfect location. It's right on the golf course and the view is perfect. We had a blast, looking forward to making it back.

We arrived on a Friday, played the 12 hole Challenge Course at Monarch Dunes, then played golf every day for a week at wonderful courses including Blacklake, Avila Bay, Monarch Dunes, Cypress Ridge, Alisal (the River Course), La Purisima, and Moro Bay. There were at least a half dozen courses we did not get the opportunity to play. Wine tasing after a round, followed by Santa Maria BBQ, Jocko's, and seafood restaurants in Pismo Beach. Don't miss the Thursday night street fair in San Luis Obispo.

We have rented this condo from the Alters for 6 years in a row and have been very satisfied. The condo is clean and very well furnished. It is very comfortable and well maintained. The kitchen is very well equipped and there is a view from the balcony of two holes of the golf course.
