This unit couldn't have been more perfect! The Ditzler's took special care to make sure that our needs were met, even calling to make sure we made it in ok and to see if we had any questions.. The property is beautiful,we enjoyed jogging every morning around the neighborhood and the boys loved the pool in the evenings. The rooms are very comfortable and everything is labelled so you never feel lost on how to work something!!! We will definitely stay here again if we ever venture into the area and we highly recommend it for anyone else!

We wanted a restful location close to Carmel, Hearst Castle, San Luis Opisbo and Santa Barbara, this fitted the bill. The recent renovation is terrific providing comfortable and spacious hotel class accommodation.The house is fitted out with everything one, two or a family would need.
Nipomo, itself isn't much to write home about but it does lie between 101 and 1 so if nothing else its convenient and not overrun by Rv's and tourists. -

Robin takes care of your every need including providing you with the local daily newspaper. The remodel is absolutely gorgeous! Brand new flooring, granite counters and skylights have made this condo bright, airy and very comfortable. She also provides operating instructions for all electronic devices as well as organizing and labeling everything in the kitchen cabinets for easy access. I believe that she has managed to provide every type of cookware that you would ever need including the essential coffee, filters, brown sugar and spices. This felt so much like home that we never wanted to leave or stay in a hotel again! In addition to the on-site golf course, there is also two other beautiful golf courses within a few minutes drive as well as an on-site pool and jacuzzi. Thank you Robin and Dave for making our vacations so enjoyable. We will definitely be back for our 3rd home-away-from-home visit with you!!

My mom and I traveled to meet my first grandchild, the experience of our stay at the birdhouse will bring us back! The condo was a delight, clean, affordable and very comfortable. The owner Robin was very quick in responding to any questions , and an all around pleasure to do buisness with . I'm looking forward to my next stay!! The booking process worked very well and we received detailed instructions and information from the owners in advance of our stay.
This is a lovely house, extremely well furnished to a very high quality, with everything you could wish for. There was plenty of china, cutlery and cooking utensils, and even videos and games for the kids.
The house is situated in a quiet area on a golf course. There is a pool by the club house which looked inviting although the weather was too cold for us to make use of it. It is just a short drive to the coast. The local supermarket is about five minutes drive away.
We loved the peaceful location and the atmosphere of the house. We used it as a base to explore the surrounding area as it has easy access to the Interstate and Cal1. The only downside we found was the fact that because it is situated in a wooded area, the rear balcony with barbeque was always shady. -

We had a wonderful time everything was clean and neat. It is a very quite and peaceful place.Close to everything you could want. Would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. We look forward to returning next year.

We were more than happy with the condo. It was very clean and the kitchen was so well stocked with spices and condiments, eating in was a pleasure. Robin and David have done an amazing job of having a place for everything and everything in its place. Made it very easy to find what ever we needed. Well stocked also with brochures to all the surrounding attractions. Best holiday location ever.

It was very clean and equipped with everything you need from the kitchen to the bedroom and baths. The Ditzlers were friendly and very easy to work with. We would definitely stay there again if we visit the area.

From the beginning the ease in renting and getting the information packet for the location and entry was great. When we arrived we found the home clean, and furnished very comfortably. The labels were wonderful help finding everything from switches to where towels went. I loved the book selection was great, I read a whole book while I was there while the guys golfed. All the restaurant information and other places and things to do were very useful. All in all we shall return any time we are in the area. Can't say enough about the place. We loved it!!!

Robin and Dave have a great condo in Nipomo, Ca. Two golf courses within 5 minutes. We had a blast teeing it up and it was sure nice to come back "home" each evening after playing 36 holes. The condo really did feel like home! We'll definitely be back again!

We found the birdhouse to be all that it advertised. We especially liked the new furnace, the filtered water, the unlimited phone calls, and the "bird" decor.
We would have enjoyed a larger TV, but at least we could record programs whenever we wanted. It was very comfortable and well equipped.
