Exceptional on all accounts! We are six friends that stayed in Fubuki 1 this winter, and really could not have asked for more.
Fubuki is located a 15-minute walk downhill from the base of the ace Quad in Grand Hirafu or 2 minutes from the Niseko shuttle stop. Though honestly, I'm not sure we did much walking or shuttling. John, the property manager, was a godsend, going above and beyond offering to pick us up when needed, giving us a tour of the village, providing excellent recommendations, making dinner reservations... 5-star service.
The space is comfortable for up to 6 people. Modern amenities are pervasive, fully equipped with everything but a hot tub. Then again, who needs one with an onsen down the street? The view from the living space is of illuminated birch trees. Beautiful and zen to wake up to. Everything was spotless as well.
Bottom line, a group of 6 would be foolish to stay anywhere else. We will be back!
A stunner, nature views yet 2 blocks from Hirafu's main shops an

Wow, the luxury home has a beech forest outlook, with views of Mt Yotei, yet only a 2 block walk up to the main shops, restaurants and ski lifts in winter.
We loved the way that the Living area flows, allowing interaction between the separate lounge, dining and kitchen areas. Top class furnishings in every room.
We had a summer break in Hirafu, with such a variety of entertainment available as part of our group cycled quiet country roads and others walked the mountain tracks, one could see where the fresh produce came from.
Many Onsens to visit, as well as trips to get a feel of the local culture that included a tofu factory in Makkari, the Tomari Fishing Museum and Suttsu Fishing Village, the spectacular Shakotan Peninsula and Lake Toya crater Lake to name a few.
We had memorable restaurant experiences as well as purchasing truly Japanese ingredients, at larger supermarkets in Kutchan close by, to stay in and enjoy views and easy living at Fubuki.

Words can not describe the beautifully appointed home with easy access to the ski slopes via the shuttle or walking. Incredibly comfortable with all hte mod cons you would wish for. More than a home away from home. There was nothing to disappoint.

Our party of friends had a fabulous Niseko skiing experience staying in Fubuki 2. The photos describe the unbelivable snow fall. The home was luxurious well appointed with all modern conveniences. The location was excellent in the heart of Niseko village next to a shuttle stop and surrounded by many quaint local restaurants and bars.

The accommodation was excellent with extremely comfortable beds, spacious and warm bedrooms and bathrooms, well designed large living areas and stunning uninterrupted views to Mt Yothi through the silver birch forest. The apartment is located within easy walking distance of the shops, lifts and restaurants. However, most nights we chose to stay in and enjoy the warmth and luxury of Fubuki. They even provide a catering service if required. The cleaning and property maintenance is excellent with attention to every small detail. There is was not one thing I disliked about our stay at Fubuki and would highly recommend the apartment to all. Read more
