Villa Primizia is a splendid and luminous two-story villa located on a hillside, facing the sea. It sleeps 11 people. From Villa Primizia you will enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast . Villa Primizia is 120 square meters (1290 square feet). It features two spacious private terraces with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and winter heating.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, approximately 200 meters (660 feet) from Nocelle , where you will find a grocery store. You will find a number of restaurants at 2 km (roughly 1....2 miles), shops, the stop for Flavio Gioia bus Positano - Montepertuso - Nocelle line at 200 meters (660 feet) and the closest beach at 5 km (roughly 3 miles). You will reach Villa Primizia from the street level going up a 200-meters (660-feet) public walkway that includes approximately 200 stairway steps.
To stay at Villa Primizia you will need a car. You will be able to park it at approximately 200 meters (220 yards), for a fee, in a public parking lot (being the lot a public one, parking spaces can not be reserved).
The first terrace is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by perfumed lemon and orange trees. It is equipped with tables, chairs, a sun umbrella, sun loungers and a swing. From the terrace you will enjoy a wonderful view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast and of the surrounding countryside.
The living room is paved with lucid sky-blue tiles. The furnishings are simple and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest and a desk. In this room you will find a television. From the living room you will be able to enter a small balcony with a view of the sea and of Positano through a French door. The room is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
The kitchen is spacious and comfortable, equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven and an Italian-style coffee-maker. There is a table to seat eight guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the first terrace with a view of the sea and of the coastline. The kitchen is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the corridor. In the bedroom you will find an open mezzanine level, without door. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a divan bed for one guest located on the mezzanine level and a desk. In this room you will find a flat-screen television. The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the sea and of Positano. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. Here you will also find a mini refrigerator.
You will be able to enter the second bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a flat-screen television. The room has a Juliet balcony with a view of the sea and of the island of Li Galli .
You will be able to enter the third bedroom from the corridor. It has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). In this room you will find a small television. The room has a high window. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
The first bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, large fully-enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the corridor.
You will be able to reach the laundry room from the kitchen. Here you will find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board at your disposal.
The second terrace is 200 square meters (2150 square feet) large. The terrace is equipped with masonry benches, as well as with chairs and two sun loungers. From the terrace you will enjoy a thrilling view of the sea, of Positano and of the Amalfi Coast and of the small Li Galli islands at a distance.
You will be able to enter the fourth bedroom from the first terrace along an external stairway, going down 15 steps. The furnishings are cozy and comfortable. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/62 inches, wider than a queen-size bed) and a twin bed (80 cm/32 inches). In the bedroom there is a cooking area. The kitchenette can be closed in a cupboard and is equipped with a two-burner electric cooker, a small refrigerator with freezer and an Italian-style coffee-maker. From the bedroom you will be able to enter the second terrace with a view of the sea and of Positano through a French door. The room has a window overlooking the second terrace. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit. This bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, tiled with lucid hand-made majolica tiles and equipped with a washbasin, a toilet and a fully enclosed shower.
