Le Moulin de l'etang is a beautiful 17th Century Water -Mill set in the picturesque country side in the heart of the Pays de la loire and loire valley. The remains of the Mill Pool can still be seen but the huge water-wheel has since disintergrated.
"Le Moulin" overlooks it's own 4 acre private lake which presents a relaxing, obstacle free, walk around it's banks with rustic bridge, arbours, trees and resting area's.
Located close to the village of Noellet, Moulin de l'etang is easily accessible from Laval to the North, Chateaubriant to the West, Chateau Gontier to the East and Angers to the South.

Rural location but close to near village and 10klms to the nearest town, where you'll find local market, Horse riding, shops, local bakery. Golf Course near by Combre , places of interest Chateau Challain only 5 klms ,visits to the Chateau are welcome.
Le Moulin has it's own parking near the main gate.A Car is needed to get around.

wonderful welcome to a beutifully restored 17th century mil filled with antique furniture nothing was to much trouble for the owner
totally tranquil with perfect setting a pleasant evening stroll around the lake or just rowing around on the boats
lovely wooden decked plunge pool or cool of in the hot afternoons
dinner served in the main house dining room was extremely nice with and italian twist
would definately recommend and return again
