Description

“Hameau de Cirey”, beautiful restored 19th century “maison de vigneron”, located in the heart of the Cote d’Or in Cirey-les-Nolay.

Only 1 km from Nolay, a village with its 15th century marketplace

All the prestigious wine villages, Pommard, Volnay, Meursault, Santenay, Montrachet, Auxey Duresses are within a 15 minutes reach.

The beautiful and lively town Beaune is 25 minutes away.

From the house access to a large network of hiking and biking paths.

The original house built in 1845 has been just totally renovated into a very comfortable 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom gite.

With its own private access and parking space the gite totals 125 m2 (1345 sqft) with lots of open space.

On the 1st floor level access to large dining room including an open fully equipped kitchen. Separate washing room with washer /dryer and toilet.

From the Dining room entrée to the salon with tv/dvd and free wireless Internet connection. Door to a balcony opening up splendid views.

2 bedrooms with each an en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, toilet, 2 sinks.

All rooms are heated. Bedlinnens and towels are provided.

In the 1500 sq meter garden is a heated pool with a large terrace .

This gite is through a large barn connected to the main house, where the owners occasionally live.

This place is ideal for couples who like the mix of an authentic maison de vigneron and the luxury of modern comfort.
