Welcome to our brand new luxury self-catering apartment at Nonsuch Bay Resort in Antigua. Our first floor 176m2 apartment sleeps four to six (including a sofa bed and and extra child bed option). Each of the two bedrooms comes with their own en-suite bathroom. An extensive balcony offers superb ocean views overlooking Nonsuch Bay towards Green Island.

I stayed in Peter's apartment for 2 weeks in april with my wife and 3 children. We had a fantastic holiday. The apartment is excellent and just as described on Peter's website. Pascale was very helpful and couldn't do enough for us during our stay. The resort is also excellent. I wouldn't recommend it if you want a hotel with lots of facilities, but was perfect for us. We knew before we arrived that the resort's beach wasn't perfect, but it's fine for small children and isn't an issue as long as you rent a car as there are great beaches a short drive away.

This apartment is absolutely fantastic and top class from the beautiful wooden floor boards through to the furniture, fixtures, fittings, fully equipped kitchen and amazing location. The swimming pool was never busy and it was like having your own private pool.
We loved the resort. The staff at the water sports centre and reception could not do enough for us. We were expecting to pay for our trip to Green Island and were gobsmacked that it was free! We had one meal at the restaurent which was one of the best meals I've ever eaten.We were met by the lovely Pascale who had already stocked our fridge with the groceries we ordered.
We could not fault our stay here and hope to visit again very soon. -

The apartment was absolutely perfect setting for our vacation. The view of the sea from every room is magnificent. All the doors open so there us nothing between you and the sea air. There are plenty of places to sit and relax or have a meal on the patio and watch the ocea and sail boats. The pool is in the front yard so that I could put my baby down for a nap and hear him from the pool. The beach is a short walk and that's where we spent the majority if our time. Very calm water and shallow for the little ones. Lots of water sports and tours. Great kids club and babysitters so mom and dad could relax and have a date. The apartment is decorated very clean and bright. Great accommodations for the baby. The house manager did our shopping for us, which was great. The selection is fairly limited on the island so be prepared to be flexible and bring items you can't live without. (Eg baby formula or baby food)

Nonsuch Bay Resort is a wonderful place to go. Relax in this clean, elegant and comfortable apt. while enjoying the action offered at the resort. Sailing, kite boarding, the beach and the pools. Restaurant is small, with slow and rewarding service. Lunch is the best~

This apartment and resort is a really beautiful place to take your holiday. If you want crowded beaches and lots of entertainment on your doorstep then go somewhere else, but if, like us, you want some time out, in a stunning location, then go here!
As web pictures always seem to make a location/rental home look much better than the reality, I generally expect to be slightly disappointed, however, it really is a wonderful as it looks.
We have two children 11 and 13 and they spent their time sailing (paid for lessons upfront and kids organised their time directly with sailing staff). The sailing school staff were very good and the boats that they had first class.
We chose not to hire a car at airport, and took taxi. Glad we opted to do this as the route is not well signposted. You can have a hire a car delivered to the resort. Used the shopping service to have food when we arrived - worth doing unless you want to eat out for all meals.
Before we booked this we were looking at sailing holidays in the Mediterranean, this was better value and much more exciting for the children. I had reservations about going to antigua in august, but it really was perfect; weather, location, accommodation, facilities, staff, food, pool, sailing, noise levels(!) and of course the cocktails.

This apartment at Nonesuch Bay Resort is absolutely beautiful and comfortably furnished for a vacation. It is well equipped, close to the pool, and has a fantastic view of Nonesuch Bay. Frankly, the photos do not do justice to the apartment. the space is very comfortable for two couples or a family of four. Tradewinds keep the apartment cool day and night.
This is one, if not the most, beautiful rental we've ever had - making for a very relaxing vacation in paradise. The restaurant onsite is fabulous with Chef Husbands being an award winning chef in the Caribbean - a very pleasant surprise! -

This 2 double bedroom apartment is of an extremely high standard. It is very well equipped, very spacious and ideally located to the swimming pools, sailing club and restaurant. It is the best apartment we have stayed in to date.
The Nonsuch bay staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
If traveling to antigua in august bear in mind that the resort will be extremely quiet and 99% of the restaurants on the island are closed. Having said that there are 2 large supermarkets in antigua and the on-site restaurant is open 5 nights a week. -

Superb apartment on a lesser used eastern side of the Island, you need hire a car as shops are a distance, everything is in the flat 3 pools all infinity and 1 ins walk to sailing club ( Avocet).All new equipment useful instructors and perfect sailing bay and sea area force 4-5 at least in March.

My husband and 3 teen/college age children had a great vacation at Nunsuch Bay Resort. The staff is friendly, helpful and capable. It is a clean, new, quiet resort. While its location is somewhat far away from airport, and other go to areas, we did not find this a negative at all. We enjoyed the private beach at the resort, and other local beaches. English Harbor is not that far away and we found amazing places to eat. Peter and Issi have left easy to read and find information about anything you might need for your trip to antigua. We look forward to going back again someday.

My wife and two daughters had an absolutely fantastic time at Nonsuch Bay. It is the perfect combination of a "resort" without the crowds, and a private apartment. Peter's place is tastefully furnished and in a prime spot. The staff was fantastic - especially Colin the restaurant manager. The food at the restaurant was excellent so we actually ate there more than we thought and it was worth every bite. Sailing facilities and gear was top notch. All in all this is a fantastic destination if you do not want big crowds, but want a high-end, quiet, and comfortable holiday in antigua! We will be back.

Main positives are: 1) The resort is very new and good quality, so the apartment and facilities are best-in-class 2)The staff and security services is friendly 3) The apartment is very well located (near the pool and the beach, good panorama) and with all the comforts (internet, dvd, thermos, all the kitchen appliances, etc, etc) 4) There are many helpful information in the apartment
The negatives are 1) The location is good, but it is far from western part part of the island (where you have the best foodmarkets, like Epicurean and somenice beaches in the South West) 2) There is no breakfast included 3) room service is not daily (once every 3-days)Response from Peter Jackson - 01/22/2011

Hi Vittorio thanks for your positive comments I am very glad you enjoyed the apartment.
We do market ourselves as a self-catering apartment so naturally breakfast is usually prepared by guests themselves in our well equipped kitchen.The resort however does offer half board meal packages if required or you can simply eat breakfast via the on site restaurant as and when desired.
We provide cleaning every 3 days as this is what most guests prefer,additional or daily cleaning can be provided on request it is the guests choice.
