A truly exceptional four bedroom villa which offers the ultimate in luxury living is situated on a total plot of 0.6 acres. The building itself was completed in 2011 and comprises a 3,900 sqft interior alongside a 2950 sqft deck.

From the first contact with the agent to the end of the holiday everything was first class.
This is a wonderful villa, it is designed with a minimalistic feel but with everything you might need. The finish is high end, everything clearly imported from Germany and the UK.
The villa sits on a hill above the resort with commanding views.
The resort is quiet and the restaurant very good, a good range of food and a clearly thought out wine list.
You will need a car. We used avis through Ba, all very easy.

We stayed at this superb villa for a wonderful holiday in May 2011 and had the most fabulous time. The position of the villa with its unbelievable Views across the Bay is outstanding. The inside of the Villa is superb and the Owners have obviously thought of everything a Guest would want or need to make their holiday a great success.
I couldn't recommend it more. -

I just wanted to write and thank you for a wonderful holiday. My husband and I, together with friends rented this magnificent villa in November 2011 and had the most amazing holiday in one of the best locations I have ever been to. As soon as you walk through the front door you feel relaxed, the villa is extremely calming and as soon as you see the views you don't want to leave.
It is furnished to a very high standard with designer bathrooms and a magnificent open plan kitchen equipped with all that you need. The floor to ceiling glass in the kitchen and lounge is just amazing as you never take your eyes of the most magnificent view I have seen. The villa is so beautiful that you never want to leave and we spent most of our days relaxing on the deck by the infinity pool.
Non Such Bay is a new resort and there is a beautiful restaurant together with sailing club where we hired a boat to sail around the bay.
I can't wait to return to such a beautiful and relaxing villa and think we have found our holiday villa for the next few years at least...
