This brand new villa with pool is situated just a mile from the beach and the high rise area. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths , a pool , washing machine , wifi highspeed internet , 2 large flatscreen tv's , fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher , oven , island and much more. The location is very quiet and just a mile from the highrise area and 2 miles from the 18 hole golfcourse of Tierra del Sol. The poolarea has 6 loungebeds , 4 comfortable relax chairs , a very large pooldeck and of course the 345 square foot pool.

A brand new villa with nice interior and all that you could need for a holiday without any worries.
Furniture and equipment also brand new.
It has a deluxe pool and garden.
All is well maintained and clean.
The service that the owner delivered is exceptional and very personal.
You can ask for anything and you get what you want immediately, like information, where to get the best bargains and the owner even drove us from and to the airport and a tourist site.
I couldnt ask for more and if you stay with 4 people (like we did), it is at a fraction of the price of a busy hotel.
Really felt at home and would certainly come back again (to be honest: i would like to live there!). It t was a very special holiday!
