We thoroughly enjoyed our week staying in apartment 315 Noosa Blue Resort. It is located on the second floor of Noosa Blue Resort overlooking a large outdoor pool/spa and enjoys morning sun from a nice balcony equipped with table and chairs and one lounger.
Only disappointment is having to obtain/return the access key cards from Ray White Rentals which is situated on busy Hastings Street where car parking is at a premium. Besides, if collecting these out of office hours a $30-00 fee (for a Security Company to deliver) is charged and this is not mentioned in any web site.Response from Andrew Lucas - 09/05/2012

Nice apartment with a balcony overlooking the pool. Five minutes walk to Noosa Junction down one side of the hill and Hastings Street down the other. Excellent value for money compared to similar properties in the area. The owner and his agent are very good to deal with, and we also liked that we knew the exact apartment we were getting.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and bright.The location was handy to local shops and Hasting St and the beach.
We would have preferred the bathroom be more private.The toilet door is a shower screen, but apart from that it was great.
The pool was quite big and the steam room was great too.
We would stay there again.

First impression on entering the room was fab. It was clean and decor showed ambience. The spa bath was what sold me and for my husband it was the opening of the shutters to look over the pool. The sofa was very comfortable for both of us the lye out on which makes a change. Great to have amble underground parking. Only a 10 minute walk to the town and beach. A pub across the road and another 5 mins away in the other direction with more shops and supermarkets. We only stayed a week but could have stayed longer. Already passed information onto friends going over.

As mentioned above we loved this hotel. The rooms were perfect and the pool and spa were perfectly clean. The grounds were lovely and groomed. Staff were very helpful (although one lady was a little grumpy at reception) and booked us restaurants and australia Zoo! The walk to Hastings street and Noosa main beach was easy and relaxing,even with a six year old's little legs. We will stay here over and over again!! Could not reccomend it more.

Unit was very well presented and very comfortable.
