Rent a fisherman cabin (rorbu) in the middle of Lofoten with beautiful surroundings.Here you will find wild nature, the midnight sun and a fantastic view. Outside the cabin you will find beautiful natural scenery, excellent fishing conditions, wild landscape and rocky mountains.
We have good knowlegde about the fishing and culture in Lofoten. We will provide you with all the information you need , to make your trip to our island the best one. For those of you interested in fishing, we have boats for rent at the campsite. We also have cars, so that you can travel around.

We stayed at the Lofoten Fisherman Cabins at Leknes in august and have to say we really enjoyed our stay. The cabins are well fitted out with all mod cons, and were clean.
The location on the islands is excellent as it is centrally located. Leknes is nearby, nothing spectacular, but had supermarkets to get all essentials. We arrived in Stamsund by Hurtigruten and the owner Erik was there to meet us in the car we hired. If hiring car ask for his best car available. The car was fine, but a little too old for our liking. We would recommend these cabins for anyone wising to explore the Lofoten Islans. -

We had a lovely stay here in June this year. The location is super convenient, with both Reine and Svolvær within easy reach of the rorbu, and plenty of opportunities for good hikes in the area (Stamsundsheia for great vistas of the area for example). The rorbu itself is cosy, and features all mod cons. Plus the people who run the place are friendly and helpful, and make every effort to ensure your stay there is a pleasant one. They certainly did with us. We spent 6 nights there... could easily have spent a month! Thoroughly recommended :-)
