Description from the owner
A cottage set in the heart of the Calvados region of france, a real get away from it all destination, but in close proximity to the village of Saint Germain de Tallevende, nr Vire. A cyclist dream as at the end of the drive is a cycle / footpath, which takes you to Mortain, and Vire and further a field to the coast where you will find the world heritage site of the Le Mont St Michel.
Market day is Friday in Vire, to pick up locally grown produce.
The ground floor, consists of a sitting room, with log burner, dining area, with table for four, bathroom with shower. It has its own private garden. Well behaved dogs are welcome.

La Petite Maison is in the hamlet of La Huberdiere. The village of St Germain 3 mins by car, where you will find a lovely bakery, pharmacy, a small supermarket and restaurant bar. The market town of Vire is 5 minutes by car with its many bars, resturants and a museum.
Within reach of all that Normandy has to offer, which includes the landing beaches, Le Mont St Michel and the Bayeux Tapestry, and much more.
