The town of North Berwick and local area offers so much for the energetic visitor to enjoy, as well as for those seeking to relax. Saheda is a brief walk away from the magical sandy beaches, rocky coastline and harbour with its award winning Scottish Seabird Centre. Take a boat trip around the famous Bass Rock. East Lothian Yacht Club is the venue for many national and international dingy regattas and the excellent all weather tennis courts where the East Lothian Open Tennis Tournament is held annually, are directly behind Saheda.
There is an excellent variety of shops, galleries, cafes, bistro’s, restaurants and pubs all within a short walk from Saheda. So much to see and do: Historic attractions such as Dirleton Castle, Hailes Castle, Museum of Flight, Myreton Motor Museum, Preston Mill and Tantallon Castle. Activities - sailing, archery, walking, cycling, diving and other water sports are on hand. Climb North Berwick Law, with magnificent views over East Lothian, the Firth of Forth, Fife and beyond. For wildlife enthusiasts Aberlady Bay Nature Reserve and the John Muir Walkway. Edinburgh with its year round festivals and major visitor attractions is on the door step for a great day visit. Plenty of other picturesque villages nearby to explore, for shopping with centres like the Fenton Barns Retail Village. The East coast and Scottish Borders are full of interesting sights to be discovered.

Standard Payment Details: Confirmation and a deposit of 30% is required within 7 days of making the reservation.
Full payment must be received six weeks before commencement of holiday. May differ if booking through an on-line site.

We have been going to North Berwick for four years always self-catering as we have two Welsh Springers. The house was above expectations. Very clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The gardens front and rear were immaculate and secure and there was safe off-road parking. The sea views stunning and the beach right across the road. What more could you ask for? Looking forward to our next visit.

The house was spotlessly clean, with absolutely everything we needed. The location is amazing with beach at the front including a view of the Bass Rock. Through the back gate there's a large open green with putting green and tennis courts. It's just a short walk to the town centre and North Berwick's two golf courses. The house has a lovely family room, very well-equipped kitchen and garden toys for the children.

Second visit to Saheda and booked again for 2013. Location is perfect and the house has everything you could want for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Perfect for the dogs with direct access to the green and right acros he road from beach. The only suggestion would be for a shower to be put into the main bathroom. There is one in the on-suite, but if there were 6 or 7 guests staying having a second shower would be very useful.

We have stayed at Saheda on three occasions and have really enjoyed each one of them. The house is in a wonderful location, right on the beach and a short walk from the town centre with its shops and restaurants. We received a friendly greeting from Sandra on our arrival and the house is very comfortable, clean and well equipped. I have no hesitation in recommending Saheda as a great place to go to for a holiday.

Spent a very comfortable long weekend here with friends.Very well equipped kitchen. Fantastic views from house. North Berwick is a lovely little town with different shops.

We (2 couples) spent a wonderful autumn break at Saheda 2012 and loved it.Comfortable, spacious rooms and breath taking sea views.Easy walking distance to town and all the lovely little shops.Hope we can go back again soon.
