This lovely 4 bedroom 3 bath pool home is very well maintained and has new flat panel tv's and a spacious open floor plan. The living area is 3 stories high just above the tree tops to enjoy panoramic island and sunset views. The spacious patio off the living level is screened in and tiled and when the double sliding glass doors are open, the living area merges with the screen patio for true florida living at its best. We chose this house because it had enough beds, a pool and was well located. We were not disappointed in any of those things. The house is pleasant and comfortable. It was too small in the common areas for our group of seven. The kitchen was crowded for more than one person. The living room seated five comfortably. Service was great. The refrigerator and stove both needed repairs. They were done within a couple of hours.

The staff was very responsive to our requests - the online service portal was very effective.
We received pre-stocking service of grocery items - it was flawless.
The NC Island Club correspondence was professional and timely.
The boat service to/from the island was always on time.
The home was absolutely beautiful and very clean. All linens/towels were clean and plentiful.
The only downsides were the rotted wood on the crow's nest railings (made it unsafe), and the air unit on the first living level (bedrooms) did not have capacity to keep the area cool.

The island was beautiful, but definitely gets boring for younger kids and if you are on any kind of budget. It is ridiculously expensive on the island to do or buy anything. $5 for loaf of bread which they may or may not have on the island so make sure to pre-order a lot of groceries if you do not want to spedn an arm and a leg to eat out. And both Winn Dixie and Publix charge a 10% fee for pre-order. Our dinner at the Pool bar the first night was $92. They add a 18% gratuity on everything you order, right down to the $6 milkshakes. Nothing is random, you have to schedule everything ahead of time and the fishing excursion is very limited. Our house was nice but had a lot of bugs which may come with being on the island, but did not expect that. Also, I would not recommend going in July. The mosquitos made it miserable to be outside. The master bed was extremely firm and we both had backaches every morning. We also stayed in the house a week after Tropical storm Debbie, so some of the downfalls of the place, we figured was still aftermath from that, but not sure.

Isla Vista was a great home closely located to the club or to the beach. However if you wished to just relax the home has a private salt water pool that manages to stay cool despite hot summer weather. The crows nest roof top gives you a panoramic view of whole island and fabulos sunrise and sunset views.

This home is a dream. Mornings with birds on the porch watching the sky clear. As the clock turns 10:00 you will see a perfect blue sky while you enjoy your home made breakfast as prepared (by you) in the fully stocked kitchin Head on down and throw on your swimsuit. Either jump on the golf cart and head to a hidden spot on the beach or jump in your private pool. Gas grill works great, dinner cooked fast and evenly. We enjoyed a game of ping pong while our dinner was on the grill. We will book this stay each and every year to come. This is the vacation getaway.

Loved this rental house! Very clean, roomy, bright...Our only complaint would be the slow response from Ncic maintenance to fix the propane grill burner/ignition and stove burner - which admittedly were minor issues. It took 2 unanswered phone calls and a visit to the check in center over 2 days to get maintenance to show up. A new grill was promised and never arrived but they did deliver a fresh propane tank and fix the kitchen stove burner. (Bbqing was difficult due to the poor condition of the grill.)

We love the island. It provides the kids the freedom but also the security that we enjoy. The house was great. The location was nice and the house was clean and met our expectations.

we are happy whit our vacation and comeback in juli,the only thing we dont were happy is about the answer of any tecnical situation,our tv was out of service for 24 hours after 3 calls in person at the frondesk,at the end i put the tv work my self becouse not person came to fix it,my recomendation about the information at the chek in about the trush,not one tould us when the garbich service do,all other was ok,we will be back in juli,thanks for taken care of my family and me,i give you a feedback excellent.
