Merrimack, NHWhat a hidden gem we discovered!

Sarah Rapp was so helpful in planning this trip and the results were perfect. Her home was very comfortable and nicely decorated, fully equipped, and was centrally located making it quite convenient to the beach, marina, bar and recreation area. We made use of the pool everyday and ate many meals on the fabulous screened in porch! The staff throughout the island were exceptional and quite entertaining, especially the bartenders. The serenity of the island was exactly what we needed to totally decompress. The long walks on the beaches collecting shells, sightings of dolphins, viewing amazing species of birds, biking throughout the island, kayaking in the bay and a couple days out renting a boat discovering the other nearby islands pretty much sums up the 9 days. It was wonderful! I would definately encourage those that are planning a trip to North Captiva to use the personal shopper to stock the fridge before you get there. We all agreed that this was a great idea! From the moment we landed in Fort Myers, shuttling us to the marina and boarding the ferry, I felt like this was going to be an adventure and it came true!

What our family loves the best about your island is that everyone is so nice and so willing to help out in any situation. That is a far cry from walking the streets here in Philadelphia.
The island is always clean and safe - no cars - no street lights - no fast food chains or strip centers - and you can actually see amazing stars - what else can a family ask for.

We would like to thank our home owners , the stay was amazing we needed a relaxing holiday coming from Canada digging out of the snow and a busy farm life. The home was large enough to fit all 8 of us. The long walks on the beaches and other guess also there to relax greet you with a smile. Beautiful home.

We found Captiva Island to be more than we could have ever imagined. Our stay was both relaxing and envigorating, just what we were longing for. Captiva will always hold a special place in our hearts and we really hope we have the opportunity to visit it again. As a family we grew closer together and I believe that is because such a beautiful natural environment can be so soothing on the soul. Thank you so much to the great people at North Captiva Island Club, you made our vacation spectacular.

We went to the Island for my brothers wedding. There were 9 of us that stayed in house 133-Cinco De Mayo and we had plenty of room. The kids loved the pool! We loved the screened in porch area. It was great having a washer and dryer at the house as well to wash the beach towels and such (would have been nice if they would have dried a little faster..was a older drier). And the fact that we were not that far from the beach was a great bonus. We loved taking the golf carts out in the evening for Island tours and beach sunsets, can't get any better than that! Just an awesome place to vacation, we are trying to figure out how make it back there before next year!

We loved the house, location, ammenities, wait staff, etc... The food was incredible!
Our scheduled events were a bit messed up - but we rolled with it and it was all good.
We do wish there was a little more inexpensive access to groceries. We came with tons but if you forget anything - you're going to pay a fortune. Other than that - it was awesome and I'm sure we will do it again!!!

Very beautiful & comfortable home/stay. I would certainly revisit and recommend this stay to others.
I do wish, there were more food options, for instance, more restaurants/bars, etc.
Here 3 more rentals located nearby.
