New to the rental market, this is one of the best unobstructed ocean views on the Island. This recently built architecturally custom designed house is built on a double beach front property. It has unquestionably the largest and best private beach on the island with no beach erosion. Our beachfront house has spectacular million dollar views of the Gulf and sunset.

The living rooms 18 foot ceiling soaks the light into the entire upstairs level.

The master bedroom with it's 18 foot vaulted white wood ceiling creates a romantic setting as you watch the sun set from the masters king sized bed. The master suite also includes a huge wh...irpool soaking tub and seperate marble shower with body spray and an overhead rain shower.

The luxury gourmet cook's kitchen includes a spacious double oven with convection. The microwave oven includes convection cooking as well. there is a 28 cubic foot side by side fridge with water filtration.

The beachglass blue custom designed counter top is underlit for a cooling fun night time effect.

There is a seperate prep sink to help prepare dinner to be served on a handmade wood Soho designed dining table.

There are three flat screen tv"s and dvd"s for the evening"s entertainment.

Zoned A/C or ceiling fans throughout the house provided the perfect temperature and environment.The entire house is served by a water treatment system with a seperate reverse osmosis filtration system in the kitchen.

Every bedroom faces the ocean and beach and there are screened decks off every floor on three levels..

Dinning room, living room and master bedroom are on the upper floor and they have fantastic views of the ocean and the beach. This level has also 2 full beautiful bathrooms.

There is a screened in deck off the dining room, overlooking the ocean and beach, with couches and adirondack chairs to relax in. Hear and see the ocean, and have a good time while watching the most amazing sunsets with a Pina Colada in your hand. The living room leads into an open outdoor area with lounge chairs for sun bathing..

One level up from the living room is a bedroom loft with breathtaking views of the gulf. There is a queen sized bed that faces out with a view to the sea.

On the lower level are three bed rooms and three bathrooms. Each bedroom faces the ocean and walks onto a screened porch.

This level also has a large seperate laundry room with a washer and dryer.

Included in the house rental package is unlimited access to the facilities at the North Captiva Pool and Tennis club, which includes 2 swimming pools (Olympic size heated and + lap size heated) and a jacuzzi. The brick paved pool area is over 14,000 square feet, with over 80 chaise lounges, plus a Spa facility with steam room, sauna, air conditioned changing rooms and lockers. For the active type, the private Club also has two lighted Har-Tru tennis courts, a fitness room, basketball court. You can then relax with your favorite cocktail at Hidden Cove Pool Bar, where a pool side lunch is also available. Kayaks are available at the private Club.   This was one of our best vacations, yet. We'd not been to the area before, let alone North Captiva, so we weren't really sure what to expect. The house was amazing - perfect views, in perfect condition and situated right by the beach. Unobstructed sunsets every night, great island life. There are no cars on the island, which makes for a very peaceful, quiet and safe environment. Also, having access to the the North Captiva Island Club allowed to enjoy the pools, tennis, kayaking, mountain biking and more.
  
  The house was the perfect gathering place for our party of 10. Plenty of room for all.
