North Conway N.H. A 6 unit condominium building offers peaceful surrounding overlooking flowing mountain stream with a large natural pool and waterfall. Local area offers hiking, snow shoeing, and cross country skiing trails. and all the unique shops and restaurants right in the village only 1 mile away! Outlet shops located short drive south. Enjoy this winter season skiing at Mt. Cranmore which is only 6/10th mile away, also Mt. Attitash, Wildcat, or Bretton Woods all only a short drive north, then come back to warm yourself by the fire and enjoy our beautiful and relaxing view . We are located along side Kearsarge Road only 1 mile from North Conway village and 6/10 of a mile from Mt. Cranmore. We offer a private carport for our renters to use and their is parking space right in front of the building.

The owner was very friendly and attentive. All instructions were clear, no issues here. and The apartment is conveniently located, looks cozy but very outdated. It looks like it did not have any remodeling in 30 years. As the result, the dust is accumulated in window treatments and in many small decorative items, in 12 years old magazines. The owner is doing a good job to keep it clean ( and apartment is clean) . Something either dust or maybe there were cats living there or poor ventilation - hard to say, caused allergic reaction in my husband.As soon as we left the apartment all symptoms disappeared.

I never write reviews, good or bad ones, even though I spend hours reading reviews before I book a vacation. When I do have a bad experience I wish some one would have warned me.
This short get away was planned last minute, and there were not a lot of accommodations available in the busy summer season.
My husband and I look for privacy and quite when we travel, and mostly end up in a private home or a cottage.
The Zeckers were very friendly and helpful on the phone and by email.
I was told the condo was close to the main street but was farther away than I pictured it. It is not with in walking distance.
First the positive: The bed was very comfortable. Too bad we didn't spend enough time in it!
The kitchen had everything you could need and more..
Our first impression was: Some one is here! Very cluttered with the owners personal things every where. I keep thinking we were at the wrong house, or the owners would walk in collecting what they forgot.
One our first night around 1230 am the upstairs neighbors started walking around for what seemed like hours. Sounded like they were dragging furniture or exercising. We finally feel asleep but was woken up at 630 by the same noises. Sounded like the ceiling was going to cave in. They never sat down! We finally gave up trying to fall back asleep and got up. The same events occurred the 2nd night!
I know the owners have no control over the neighbors, but it was not a restful stay.

Dear Karina, I'm very sorry to hear you experienced this during your stay. I wish you had given us a call on any 1 of the 3 telephone numbers we gave you. I'm sure you would have had a much better sleep the following night and morning. I did contact the owners above and he told me a coworker and 5 yr.old grandchild were there and that the child was acting up and actually broke one of their small tables. They were very sorry for the disruption to our renters and said they would not be staying there in the future. We are very sorry for not being able to sleep in and enjoy our very comfortable bed!

This is a great place with a beautiful view of a stream/pond and trees. We had everything we needed and then some. It was clean and very convenient to North Conway. We highly recommend this to anyone vacationing in the North Conway area!
