Alpine Moose Cottage is off the beaten path - yet is only 2 miles from North Conway Village.It shares a boundary with the Farm by the River B & B with Stables and is part of an original 1771and grant from K. George III that has been in one family for 7 generations. It is in a quiet spot, lots of privacy and surrounded by 70 acres, with views to the horses, and a variety of mountains -including Mt.Cranmore for skiing. It's the cottage with the views! Every window you look through provides a wonderful view of nature. Guests have access to the Saco River for swimming and fly-fishing and receive discounts on horseback, carriage, sleigh, and wag...on rides-right outside their door at the stables. Complimentary snowshoeing is also available.

This two story -four bedroom, year rd. cottage is decorated in an alpine/moose lodge theme fitting to this area. There are 2 bedrooms downstairs & 2 upstairs. upstairs, there is a master bedroom suite with TV, king bed and sitting area. There is also a room with 2 twin beds and a hall shower bathroom.

There are two bedrooms downstairs- one with a king bed & the other a 2 twin beds. The downstairs hall bathroom has a 2-person jacuzzi with shower bath. The spacious living room has a fireplace, flat screen cable TV/ DVD; land line phone, a large,fully stocked kitchen with dishes, oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender & refrigerator. It has a year-round sun porch with great views to the horses & mountains. There is free WiFi access. There is a hair dryer in both bathrooms, ironing board/ and iron, clock radios. We have teak table and chairs for 6 with an umbrella & gas BBQ outside. We are 1/2 mile to Echo Lake Park for snowshoeing, hiking, ice skating and swimming.

Discounts are available for outlet shopping, downhill skiing, cross country skiing and tubing & restaurants. We have access to a pool nearby for a nominal fee. ( but we are on a major river with a couple of swimming holes. We also have discounted tickets for skiing at Cranmore (summer coaster too) . Our rates vary with the length of stay and number of people $400/night is based on 8 or 9 people during peak season.If there are less people the price will be lowered. It is less per night if you stay 3 or more nights. Weekly rates are available. rates vary also with peak, shoulder or slow seasons. We do not charge a cleaning fee if the kitchen surfaces are clean and dishes washed and put away. Security deposit and pet fees.
