Lovely cottage, converted from old tack room. Lots of nice old features but well modernised with plenty of room for additional travel cot. Huge bathroom! Great location for exploring Newcastle and Northumberland.

arrived jan in the thick snow,, julie had rang earlier to give us the best directions to the village.
wine, milk, fresh flowers and logs for fire on arrival, snowed in 3 days didnt care the cottage was so warm cosy and only 10 footsteps from local pub

The house was warm and welcoming on arrival, which was perfect for cold February days. We loved all the tasteful furnishings and felt it was real taste of luxury. Berwick on Tweed is a great location for a day's rail trip to Edinburgh, there is good walking locally, drives into the Borders, and has...
