Description from the manager

This villa has a spacious open large Living and Dining Room with ample seating available. The Kosher kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. Amenities include a dishwasher, microwave, and washer & dryer. There is seating for 10 people on a large dining room table. There are plenty of extra folding plastic chairs as well.

The outdoor pool area is very comfortable and the heated (in winter) pool is inviting and nicely maintained.

Located in the Frum community in North Miami Beach near Toras Chaim Yeshiva, This 4 bedroom, 4 bath home is equipped with a Glatt Kosher kitchen that includes Milichig & Fleishig dishes, cutle...ry,utensils, pots and pans for both Milk & Dairy. Full side by side refrigerator/freezer and glass stove-top. There is microwave oven crock pot, Hot plate & Shabbos Urn. All dishes are clearly labeled. The laundry room is right off the kitchen area. The linen closet has an abundance of towels and additional linen. There are also extra blankets and pillows.

There is everything you need for Shabbos available in your villa. Becher (Kiddush Cup), Leichter (Candle Sticks), Besomim & Havdalah Candle . Shabbos Tishticher (tablecloths), Benchers, plastic tablecloths & Glassware.

Bedroom # 1 .Master has two Full size beds. There is also a master bathroom with a stand up shower, a separate tub and a sink. Bathroom is clean and fresh and new. There is a smaill closet. There are glass doors with a view to the crystal clear pool.

Bedroom # 2. Two Full Size beds with a night table and medium size closet. The bathroom has a jacuzzi tub and is brand new.

Bedroom # 3 2 Full Size beds with a night table and medium size closet. There is also a Crib. The bathroom has a stand up shower.

Bedroom # 4. 2 Twin size Bed that are attached and a night table. (Ideal for kids.) The bathroom has a toilet and sink.

Living room/Dining room with sliding glass doors overlooking the crystal clear pool. LR has a white leather couch set, seating for 8. Dining Room set with 8 chairs. TV and Cable in the LR area House comes with Free WIFI and Cable TV.

The Sliding doors lead out to the clean beautiful heated pool which has a removable baby guard around it. The back yard is very well lit. The whole property is well lit and is completely gated from all sides. Private Driveway with additional street parking available.

The home is located just minutes away from shuls, shopping, and parks.The community has a Kosher Eiruv, Mikva,Shuls including a Chasidisher Shteeble with a 24 hour Mikva, Sephardi Minyanim, Young Israel (Rabbi Lehrfield), Chabad of NMB ( Rabbi Marlowe), Sharai Tefila ( Rabbi Shapiro).

The Kollel of NMB (Rabbi Blejer & Rabbi Singer) and Yeshiva Toras Chaim are also located here. There are Daily Shiurim available in several locations and plenty of minyanim.

This villa is approx 8-10 minutes walking distance on shabbos to Toras Chaim. It's approximately 20 minutes walking to the other shuls.

Dairy & Meat restaurants,Kosher Pizza, Sushi & Chinese Food are only some of the delicious and abundant choices available here in South Florida. There are numerous Kosher Supermarkets to shop in that carry all Kosher Products with Heimishe Hashgachos.

  we went on vecation to miami ,we looked for some nice vila to stay for few days,so we try this house found online,an we can defenetly say this was amazing experience !!! either the house was awsome to stay there.an even the weinbergers was so kind an gave us every information we need.an specialy the gave us a booklet of all the information we need in the area like bias hamadrash,resturants ,attractions,an what not.in the upcoming time for a good vacation,
  we will defenetly try to choose this again ay"h !!!

  The house had everything advertised and we had not expected it all to be true. It was spotlessly clean. It really did have more than enough linens and towels. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was deliciously clean and warm with enough chairs and hammocks for everyone. It was suitable and roomy for grandparents and small babies and all in between.
