This condo is perfect for a family with any age children. Convenient to beach, shopping and dining. Plenty of space, loved having three bathrooms and not having to haul the trash down to a dumpster, just drop it down the trash chute. Have already recommended to several people and hope to return with my family
North Beach Realty were great. Needed something scanned and emailed to my husband, they assisted me with that. The kitchen sink had a back-up and they sent someone over quickly to fix it, great experience.
Only suggestion would be more pots and baking pans. Had to cook pasta dinner in stages and purchased disposable pans for other meals.
Overall I cannot express how great this condo is. -

Condo was great, traveling as a group of 6 adults it would be great to see all bedrooms with at least double beds and not singles....Seems that they are really hard to find. Absolutely no complaints with the condo everything was clean and in a great location. Will defiantly be back....Jean-Claude, Brenda and the rest of the group...... Thanks again !!!!!

We enjoyed our stay in unit 603 at Mailbu Pointe. All of the comforts of home. Great to have a tv in each room. Did not cook during my stay, but everything was there for kitchen use. I would return to this unit and would recommend it to others.

gernerally speaking, we had a great time. Our condo could have been cleaner. And the general appearance of the pools and bathroom left little to be desired. The bathroom by the pools appears to be old, and needs repair. The pools on more than 1 occassion were dirty and needed to be cleaned. Our personal condo had only been "surface" cleaned when we arrived. The tub was dirty, there were dust balls in corners & the floor was filthy. Once we got past those things the vacation and condo were very nice.

The condo was great and perfect for our girl's weekend. It was pretty convenient for all our needs.
Only thing that I would say was a down side is they should give you starter kits - dishwasher soaps, toilet tissue, bar soap. We were only there three nights and since it was required that we do the dishes before we leave we had to buy the soap. Also a set of beach towels would be nice.
I would rent here again. -

We stayed for a week and had a great time! The rooms were nice and clean, the set up was great too. The pools are not in the sun so it's a bit cold when you try to get in there but other than that we had no problems.

It was beautiful clean and i got treated well by everyone from the rental agent to the cleaning lady at checkout. I absolutely loved the place i plan on renting it again.... i had an issue with the Ac but they took care of it immediately! And Terry was Amazing!! she came herself to check out and got repairman there immediately.. they had it fixed in no time!

There isn't enough words to describe how wonderful Malibu Pointe is. There is absolutely nothing negative to report. Beautiful condo, the view was great, we had the best vacation ever. We will definately stay here again and have told everyone we know about Malibu Pointe 603. Victoria, thank you for all the info on the area!! The Management is awesome!!

We enjoyed our stay at Malibu Pointe 603. We didn't have many complants about the room except that one of the twin beds was off balance and the couch that pulls out to a bed the mattress was VERY thin. I had the king bedroom and it was GREAT. There was alot of storage space in all the rooms. It was nice that every room had their own bathroom also. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. It was also nice to have a balcony that was big enough to have all 7 of us on it at the same time. I can't say too many bad things about the room but the property itself is a little different. We had no idea what the clearance for the parking garage was until we tried going in. It was only 6'8". They only have 4 spots available for bigger vehicles. So hope that when you leave you will have a spot when you return. We got unlucky a few times. The elevator located down by the pool smells REALLY bad like mildew. Also the pools could have been a little bit cleaner. They have 5 different workout machines in the fitness room and only 1 worked which was a treadmill. So we weren't too happy about that. Hopefully this helps you out.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Only significant problem was that the Ice maker was not functional. Maintainence checked it out on Monday apparently ordered a part but it was not fixed when we left on Saturday.
Having a computer in the unit and access to wifi was a big plus and very helpful.
Other suggestions would include non stick frying pans. Only had one frying pan (small) and the handle was about off of it. No spatula.
might want to check circuits in kitchen plugs. Can't use toaster and microwave at the same time, blows breaker.
Carpets need cleaning. -

The gym was locked for the first 2 days of our stay
then when we did get a key - the eliptical was not working - the treadmill track was loose so it slipped while running - the. The recumbant bike did not work as well
there are no washroom, close by
