We really enjoyed our stay! There were some minor repairs that are needed, e.g.,sliding glass door locking (quick fix done right away), dryer vent cleaning needed and garbage disposal repair needed.

other than a few manner issues;overall the stay was welcomed and good. one thing that was very noticeable...the carpet was soak n wet in front of the kitchen area...here again, overall, the stay was super.

This condo is very rundown. The carpets are stained and dirty, the furniture is falling apart, the sliding glass door in the livingroom doesn't open, tv in secondary bedroom doesn't work. It's advertised to sleep 8 but only sleeps 6.
That being said the property was fine. Indoor pool is nice but would've preferred an outside pool. We planned our trip at the last minute and this was the only condo available so it was fine. The condo showed some previous water damage on walls, especially in master bedroom, and ceilings. Several light bulbs were burned out. Overall it was a decent place, but could have been better maintained. Location was great. Pool was ok, but not great. Was a good deal for the price of about $100 a night. Would not be a good deal at $300 a night in summer because of overall condition. Did not see staff since arrived after 5 pm and checked out on a Sunday.
