We recently stayed at Beach Club III in 2C for one week. We reserved using beachcombervacations.com The building and outside area were well kept. The landscaping was really nice and truly added to our already beautiful ocean view. The Master bedroom and bathroom were really spacious and the bathroom had a nice jacuzzi tub. The living area and kitchen area were also spacious. The only complaints I have were that the refrigerator was leaking and got everything in there wet and that the two spare bedrooms should be "reversed". To explain that, one bedroom had a queen bed, but the bathroom it was connected to was extremely small. The other bedroom had two twin beds and a much larger bathroom. For us, we had two children with us and we were in the other spare room, so it would have been nicer to have the kids in the smaller room with the smaller bathroom. It's a tedious complaint, but just being honest. It is certainly not something that would prevent me from staying there again.
Now, I do have a complaint about the booking agency. I have used them for several years, usually renting homes, and I have always gotten there early and been given the keys early. This time, we got there at 3 (which is late compared to past history) and didn't get our keys until 5:30. Then we had to wait about another 30-40 minutes to get into the unloading zone and get a cart for the elevator. To have to wait til after 6 to get into our room, yet have to clock out at 10am the following week is somewhat unfair. I was not happy about that, but I will probably use them again, regardless because I am familiar with them. I will, however, address the issue next time I make a reservation. I do not blame Beach Club III, as this was not their fault.
All in all, we had a really nice time and I would certainly recommend staying here. -

My family spent a week in August. It was fabulous. The condo was clean and attractive. Location was convenient to everything.

We were very pleased with the location and easy access to the beach. The view was amazing from the balcony. The beach in front was not too crowded. The place was clean and had all the ammendities needed to feel at home. This place is perfect for teenagers and kids. The only suggestion to make is to put cable tv hook ups in all the bedrooms. Great get away!!!

The condo was perfect for a family of 4. The unit had everything we needed to make our stay at the beach fun and convenient. So close to Barefoot Landing full of fine dining and entertainment, we were able to walk there. An Olive Garden is close by too. The building is in a private but friendly area known as Windy Hill. We cannot say enough about BC3.

Excellent vacation. Condo is very spacious. Bed were very comfortable. Liked the location of the pool under the parking area so it's covered. The pool is small but perfect for my 9 year old granddaughter.

We will bring some of our own kitchen utensils because the pots and pans were lacking. We like to cook breakfast in our room. Overall, it was great though.

My mother is 79 years old and loves to vacation at the beach. Her health has not been so well and she has limitations on what she is able to do. There are four of us (all daughters) and Mom just wanted to spend some time with her four girls. The ocean front view provided us a good place to enjoy the sound of the waves along with a nice breeze to keep us somewhat cool as we told stories of growing up and laughing about incidents that were good and some not so good. The atmosphere allowed us to share with each other and go back to a time where we shared just about everything. The acomodations were excellent providing us with comfort and quiet time. The location of Beach Club III gave us easy access for shopping and good food. We had a wonderful trip and made another wonderful memory with our mother.
