Condo is in Tower 3, which is right across a covered walkway from secure parking garage. Guests may use all facilities at all 3 Baywatch Towers.

North Myrtle is more geared to Families, children and mature adults than Myrtle Beach. Many miniature golf courses nearby!

  We stayed here in October for a week. It was clean, convenient and roomy enough for my husband and I and our two dogs. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The lazy river was relaxing and refreshing. We would definitely stay here again.

  Good value and location

  We stayed here July 23-30, 2011. The booking process was very easy and the owner, Connie, contacted me by email immediately. Check-in and check out were a breeze as everything was taken care of prior to arrival. The condo was as described and as pictured. The location was excellent...right on the beach and within easy driving distance to grocery stores and restaurants. It was very busy during unloading when we checked in.
  
  We stayed with our children aged 7-17. There were three buildings and each building had indoor and outdoor pools. There is a restaurant and bar on the premises as well. We did not eat at the restaurant, but it appeared that food could be delivered poolside, which was a nice convenience.
  
  Pros for this rental were location, amenities of the facilities, and price. It was safe and family friendly. The beds were comfortable and linens were provided by the rental agents. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, and other dishes. Appliances were newish and in excellent working condition. The refrigerator even had an ice maker! There was a washer and dryer on the first floor. They were clean and only cost $1.00 per load in each. Pool areas were clean and functional, with restrooms available nearby.
  
  Cons were that the parking garage keys did not work and had to be re-keyed twice. One of the parking attendants was very rude and unprofessional when my husband mistakenly turned in the wrong way. I understand safety is a priority, but he could have just as easily redirected us rather than saying "Where do you think you're going?" While waiting for me to get the parking key fixed, another parking attendant told my husband "You need to move right now" even though there was an open lane to the left of our vehicle. Cars were allowed to double park in the parking garage. Although you are allowed two spaces, I think it is rude to take them up on the second floor near the elevators. There was no dishwasher, but if you don't plan on cooking much, this isn't a big deal, either. No hand towels were provided, which I found strange. However, the biggest problem was that the only rug in the whole place was a rug in the bathroom. The entire condo was tiled. Therefore, we had a very sandy vacation. Sand in the beds was unavoidable even though I vacuumed and swept at least once every day (and even vacuumed on my knees with the little brush attachment.) Also, the wireless internet only worked sporadically and not at all in the bedroom. This was a little inconvenient since the kids had to sleep in the living area and we had no access to it at night when they were asleep. We did call about the wireless, but were advised to sit by the sliding glass door to get better signal. It stopped working entirely every evening about 11pm. Since we were on vacation, we just put our computer away, but if you were on a "working" vacation, it could present a problem.
  
  Overall, the condo was fine, and in theory, I suppose tile does work for durability of rental units, but the sand was such a huge issue that I probably will not book this unit again. I did not complain to the rental agency during my stay because I figured that the lack of rugs was not something they would be able to handle, anyway (we did find an area rug under the television console in the living room, but it was too dirty and sandy to even vacuum and attempt to use.)
