We had a wonderful vacation. Our condo was nicely decorated and fully equiped. The beds were comfortable and the sizes of the rooms were great. It was very easy to pick up keys and pool tags. The access to the beach was great. The beach was very clean as was the pool. The best part of our stay was that our children were very comfortable and safe, they enjoyed the beach alot. It was their first time in the ocean. The part that we liked the least was when we arrived. Parking to unload was a problem. Getting carts to transport baggage was a problem too. Overall, we loved our stay and plan to return in the future.

Everything was very efficient and staff were accommodating at Condo World. The unit was exactly as described and we found it to be very comfortable. Not much around the area to walk to, small convenience store 1/2 block away - parking is a pain. Very hard to find a spot under the building, usually have to park across the street. Loading an unloading are stressful - finding an available designated spot and then waiting on elevators - 2 for 18 stories! However, we had a very nice stay at 1402 N and would highly recommend it.

We had a great time and loved everything about the condo. We saw two others in the same building that were not nearly decorated or maintained as well. Our only complaint was the continuous noise above us. I guess that's the luck of the draw.

The condo is beautiful and well stocked for a beach vacation. Unit is very spacious allowing everyone ample "personal" space and was very clean upon arrival. The location of the building is convenient to Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Love being right on the beach with both indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub and a lazy river for the kids. We have stayed here on several occasions and have always been happy with it. We have stayed during different seasons and have always found a ton of activities in North Myrtle Beach.
