The condo is very nice. Great layout. Has all the amenities. The ice maker wasn't working at the time of stay but there are grocery stores nearby so that wasn't an issue. Plenty of room; loved the Green Egg and the pool, etc.

The condo was very spacious with five bedrooms, all the kids had their own space and my husband and I enjoyed our very spacious master suite. The view was beautiful, nicely decorated. Kitchen needs some work but provided all the necessary items to cook for our party of 13. Condo World was wonderful, they even let us park our trailer behind their office as it was not allowed on site. Parking ramp with walkway was wonderful. Need to have a program for those living/renting for id purposes as we had some trouble with kids from the neighborhood being there. Great time. Will definitely do this again. Hot tub and heated swimming pool a plus. Lazy river and kiddie pool should be heated as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. When we checked in ,we had two small issues. One phone call later and they sent someone over to fix it asap! The service was fantastic!
I think the kitchen was not the best. I think the cabinets need updating. ( under the kitchen sink)
Also, it could have been cleaner in general. I had to sweep and mop the floors. I checked average below but I would say less then average but not poor.
Other then that, it was very nice. -

No complaints!!! Just a few very minor details..The property is great. lots of room, nicely decorated. It was a very comfortable place and a fantastic view. Who could ask for more?

Very nice condo - fit our family/friends perfectly. There were 9 of us and we all had plenty of space. No problems at all with the condo. It was very roomy and had great amenities (especially loved the spacious bedrooms, full size washer and dryer, and the supersized balcony). My husband, who tends to be very picky (I would say critical) of the places where we stay, was very pleased with the condo, building, location. Building was well-kept and clean. Nice parking lot across street and great covered walkway from parking to building. No wait for elevators during our stay (in past, we used stairways due to elevator wait time - not this time). Location in NMB was great - not overcrowded at the beach, close to Barefoot Landing, easy drive to nearly anywhere else in MB. Everyone with our group felt it was one of the best vacations ever, and the condo helped make it great. It was worth the price.

Loved having the extra living space in this unit. It was clean and beautiful. The only constructive comment I have is for a unit this large, more flatware would be useful. I am sure it "disappears" each season but there was not enough flatware to get us through the day. Also needed pitchers -- had to buy a spatula to scramble eggs. Just maybe you would want to check that at the beginning of the season. Thanks for your interest!

Condo World made the check in and out easy. The PH was elegantly decorated and had all the things we needed for the gourmet kitchen. We enjoyed cooking, while still being able to share the view of the ocean. That was so relaxing. The balcony is huge; we had that early sunrise coffee on it, picnic-style lunches, and late afternoon happy hours
