The property was "equipped" nicely with what was needed from linens, kitchen, etc. But there were maintenance issues with the faucet,and shower. Overall the property needed a good spring cleaning and spruce up of peeling paint on trim, dingy family room furniture, inside of the washer, etc. We were disappointed compared to other units we have stayed at. It was also noisy as it was located right across from the elevator.

Loved the Condo! Really enjoyed having patio on the balcony to have breakfast and late night dinners on. A TV in each bedroom was a plus for people who like to watch different shows. Condo was well maintained and everything worked! Will stay there again if available!

Our unit was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. The refrigerator did not get real cold. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans. The location was great, not too crowded. It was very quiet and peaceful. Beach was accessable. Condo was close to the things we wanted to do. Grocery stores close. It would have been good to have an ice machine somewhere. That was the one thing we missed. Was easy to get on hwy 31 to go where we wanted and avoid the traffic. We have a child in a wheel chair and it was great for him. There were 10 of us and everyone said it was the best beach trip ever. We will be back.

We have been going to North Myrtle Beach for 20 years. We stay in different condo every year. This would be our second time being disappointed with a condo. The owner really needs to upgrade. The Tv's are horrible..they can put some money in buying more up to date. The Tv's are so little, you have to use a manifying glass to watch it. Inadequate amount of dishes, pans (disgustingly dirty...who wants to cook on them), coffee maker broker (had to go out and buy one), ironing board broken, the iron leaked, many light bulbs were out. House cleaning wasn't all that great. Overall, my entire family was very disappointed in the conditon of the condo for what we pay for to stay there.
