We booked a golf vacation through condo world and got a confirmation from them after paying that listed our tee-times, what we had paid, and still owed (which was $0), and a 3 bedroom ocean front penthouse #1704 in the ocean bay club, with pictures of the unit. Upon arrival we were given keys to a different condo, Windy Hill, and not a penthouse. When we showed them the confirmation they said that it was just an example of what type of condo we might get. What?? You gave us a room number and photos?? They said the penthouse was more expensive than what we paid, so we said ok we will gladly pay the difference. After a few minutes of discussion amongst the condo-world folks they then said the unit is not available. They ended up giving us a 4 bedroom condo in the ocean bay club, not a penthouse, and about 1/2 the size of the penthouse. Beds were very uncomfortable. The condo did not have any flat screens as we were promised and the cable package did not have the golf channel which is crazy if you are renting for golf vacations. We were watching the PGa tournament on Sunday and when it went to a playoff and coverage switched to the golf channel we were S.O.L. The patio furniture was rusted and broken, the indoor pool is @6 feet wide and a joke. If you book online please call condo-world to confirm what condo you are in because they seem to be pretty shady or unorganized at best.

had a wonderful time at SOS Sept 15-Sept 22, 2012. Had a small inconvenience with the master bath shower for four days of our stay, but Condo-World was able to offer a credit toward next year's rental of the same unit. Everyone who stayed with me in 509 were very impressed with the size of the unit. They had wished there were ceiling fans in all the rooms for better comfort during the night. Looking forward to next year, so I booked this unit 1 year in advance to assure my accommodations for SOS Sept 2013.

Condo World is wonderful to deal with. Everything went very smoothly . The Condo was in Ocean Bay Club # 509 & was very nice. It was clean & fairly well maintained. It does show some wear & tear but nothing severe. The location was ideal, close to grocery stores & great restaurants. We loved the beach area where this condo is located. Our least favorite event was being evacuated from the building two times due to a fire alarm. The first one was an electrical malfunction in the north tower of the building. That tower needed to be evacated for up to four days & all of those people needed to be relocated. Thankfully we were in the south tower. Overall we throughly enjoyed our stay in North Myrtle Beach.

The condo was surprising large which was great since we

The place was beautiful. For our length of stay we had good weather. We had ordered dinner from an Italian restaurant for delivery and spent 100.00 dollars and the food totally sucked and if I could remember the name I would tell you, but over all we all loved it and we would most definitely come down again, as the kids loved Tue beach but who dosent.
