Great location for shopping and restaurants, plus Myrtle Beach offers over 100 great golf courses. Additionally miniture golf, IMAX theatre, Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot Landing are just a few miles away.
Great family beach area. Several low rise condo's associations on each side which provides less crowded beach area. The sand is hard packed so it's a great area to ride bikes or triks. Only 7 blocks from Main St. in N.Myrtle Beach.

Being a property owner myself, who also advertises on this site, I'm probably pickier than most when I rent a place because I look every where. I could have done the white glove test on this place and it would have passed for the Queen. Where to begin...I've been going to Myrtle& N.Myrtle Beach for years. I prefer N.Myrtle as it's just a short 10 min drive to all the 'action' at Myrtle Beach but when I want to relax,I don't want all that noise & action you find at that end of town. You could throw the frisbee from the balcony into the ocean at this place. I have never felt so at home and so welcomed by any host like I did with Bob & Joan's condo. They called the day we arrived to check on us and make sure we were pleased. He couldn't get me off the phone and he gave us several tips and suggestions about the area which was very helpful& kind. You can tell they put their hearts and souls into this place. All you need to bring is your clothing! They have everything, right down to beach chairs and beach buckets! The kitchen was fully stocked, you could cook a feast here they even have a George Foreman grill and a pizza cutter. I was beyond impressed from the minute we walked in. The beds were comfortable and we turned the a/C off and slept with the balcony open and listened to the waves all night. It really is the perfect location, our teenage girls could walk to the shops while we relaxed on the beach. Lots to do with in walking distance. It's very quiet and an extremely well kept private property. No loud guests that ruin your vacation when you stay in one of those cheap(or expensive) motels or run down condos. I checked around & believe me, his rates are the best! You have a 3 bedroom condo on the ocean for less than a hotel with everything you need.I have never been so pleased& still can't get over the fact they share their beach chairs& umbrellas with guests! We booked a week in august before we left!It's a million $ view.We found our perfect spot! Thanks so much!

We stayed here over Easter weekend 2013. So cozy and conveniently located near shops, restaurants and the beach is only a few steps away. I would recommend staying here any time of the year. The perfect little get away...

I've had the pleasure of staying in this condo several times and hope to visit again soon. The views are amazing. You can relax inside and still feel like you're on the beach while looking out the huge picture window in the living room or sitting on the deck. When you want to actually be on the beach, it's a very convenient stroll down to the water.
The condo is very clean and well decorated. Everything you need is there including a washer and dryer. The pool is not large but it sure is comfortable and convenient. I found the management company to be a real plus.Response from Joan & Bob Denlinger - 03/27/2013

We visited Myrtle Beach with New York friends last april and stayed in the Denlinger condo. It was more than we had hoped for.
The condo was directly on the beach with balconies looking over the beach sand. The condo was extremely clean, tidy and well furnished with good heat and cooling controls. Each couple had a spacious bathroom and bedroom. The condo had a great kitchen and came fully equipped. Access was simple, parking was very convenient and the unit was extremely quiet and well soundproofed. The pool was not in use since it was off season but the beach was next door and provided an ideal site for leisurly walks or more vigorous jogging.
We would recommend the condo to anyone as we also found the whole Myrle Beach area to our liking with great places to eat out and just relax. We definitely plan to stay there again in the future. -

This condo has amazing views of the ocean, sunrises & sunsets! We stayed here in November and could watch the dolphins swimming by throughout the day...Absolutely awesome sight from floor to ceiling glass in ocean view living room, dining area, kitchen & master bedroom.
The condo was large and airy and so clean! It was just like home with everything furnished including silverware, dishes, pots, pans, coffee maker, toaster and even a crock pot. Conviently located to area activities.
The condo is just a few steps to the white sand beach making easy morning and evening beach walks and shell hunting most convenient.
We had the very best month long stay and looking forward to another vacation there again this year.
Oh, and did I mention, of all the condos we researched, this was the most reasonably priced.

What a beautiful condo. We had such a great time. Everything was perfect. Really enjoyed the location and the beach was great. Watched the dolphins in the mornings while sitting on the balcony having coffee. Defintely a spot to return to.

My wife and I have been coming to MB and staying in this condo for many years. It's in North Myrtle Beach which is away from the big crowds and the congestion. Our kids love being close to the ocean. We also love listening to the ocean waves at night while laying in bed. This condo is not the newest, but it has an incredible view and is close to some great restaurants and plenty of entertainment. We would highly recommend it.

We had a blast. We needed something clean, and close to SOS action, but also on the beach. It was located perfectly, and we could walk down to beach and pool, and had covered parking. The condo was lovely,well decorated and updated, and very comfortable. We will totally recommend it, except for Fall SOS, b/c we might want it again then, lol

The Condo is very nice, clean, updated inside. Accepts pets, which we were very grateful to bring our dog with us. Liked the fact it was right on the beach. We have a small child, and they had toys (inside/outside) for him to play with. Loved having washer and dryer. Nice kitchen set up. Bedrooms were nice, with lots of room. Master bedroom had sliding door, which was nice to leave open at night to hear the waves. Nice place if you just want to enjoy the beach and relax. The community pool is pretty small, and the outside of the condo building is old and little run down from what I remember. No elevator with 3 flights of stairs was a little tough carrying a small child. Overall, we would definitely go back!

My name is Barbara and I took my daughter and her 2 friends to Myrtle Beach for her 16th birthday. They picked thier rooms and had a ball. The view was absolutely beautiful from the floor to ceiling window. I especially enjoyed sleeping with my sliding door open to the sound of crashing waves that was my favorite. Close to everything they wanted to do. Thank you for loaning us your condo. I want to go again!

I stayed for a week with my 2 teenagers. It was a perfect location, right on the beach and in a family oriented area. We had more than enough room and having 3 bathrooms was a plus for us. the pool area got full quick and got a bit crazy at times.

This condo rocks!! I especially love that the master bedroom opens to the patio. I have been staying at Bob & Joan's condos (they have 2-both are awesome) for 4 years & plan to stay for many, many more. This is their second home & that's how you'll feel about it too.

We stayed the week. It could not have been more perfect. The location is perfect, the condo is perfect, and the view will make you want to stay forever. On our last day, we woke up to dolfins swimming by. Will definitely return!
