Guests enjoy this great location and can walk across the street to the fabulous Barefoot Landing with shopping, dining, entertainment, and attractions. This is a 3 Bedroom 2 Bath condo that sleeps 6 with a large private screened in porch overlooking the beautiful Salt Marsh. The stay was nice, location was nice however I thought the furniture was very out dated, I would suggest upgrading the furniture,, the living room furniture was very old and worn, the dining room table chairs were very uncomfortable to sit on, I'm just used to more luxury when I vacation and that I didn't receive. Victoria was great,friendly very helpful and very prompt on responding to my emails. Overall I would suggest if you're not looking to be very fancy. My cousin came over she stayed across the street from us in Barefoot Landing and they also had a condo they were in was absolutely to die for and she said for $200 more I could have got that for the entire week! I wish I had known. Thanks again

Stayed at the unit for 1 week in June with 4 teens. It was very nice and suited our needs well. The walk to the beach was longer than described but doable. My only complaint was that the dryer and dishwasher were not the best--the dryer only had 1 heat setting (hot) and the dishwasher didn't get all the dishes clean. However, these were minor issues. I would definitely recommend this unit to others.
