The Bay Watch was a good experience. Excellent elevator service in our tower. Liked the friendly gift shop on the premises. The weather was cooler than expected. Exercise room was much appreciated, but needed more servicing of machines, and could use more machines, possibly in South Tower as well. Wished there was more shopping within walking distance, but quite handy by car. Prompt and good service with plumbing when needed repair in kitchen. Nice condo - good view - quite clean. Expected it to be more soundproof - heard neighbours from bedroom. Garage access was good with lots of room for parking. Staff very friendly and visibly working. We had a very pleasant stay.

Overall the experience was good. We loved the location, beach and amenities. The condo itself is in need of some cleaning and furniture. Chair was uncomfortable and master bath shower has some mold and mildew.

Thank you for your review, we are glad to hear you had a great stay. Our inspector did find that the chair had a broken support piece and had it fixed. When a shower is wet every day, 7 days a week for several weeks 18-19 weeks solid some reasonable mildew and mold will occur. It does take about 24-48 hours for new caulking to set up, and would be hard to tell a guest that he couldn't us his shower. This is considered normal wear & tear of the rental season. We did finally have a couple of days between rentals and was able to get the shower re-caulked. We do value your feedback & do appreciate it greatly. Please do keep us in mind for your next vacation as a repeat guest you will receive a 10% discount off the base rent on any of our properties. Again, thank you

Overall experience was good. NBR folks were very courteous and helpful. Unit was great location and resort staff professional. Unit needs detailed cleaning thruout-especially baths-need special attention, once that's done, should be acceptable in general.
