Prince Resort, is a place you'll return time & time again; its clean, friendly, receptive and, most important a great view of the ocean. I came to relax...and that I did. All of the people at North Beach Realty were kind and, helpful with the exception of Victora...whom I felt was a little cold and not very friendly. Despite this, I would recommend the Prince Resort to all of my friends...thanks for a fun and relaxing vacation. Yours truly Kerwin Harmon

We have been renting summer vacation homes for the past 6 years and this has been the best ever. What was offered and shown on the website was provided. Excellent location and the apartment was in great conditions. We loved it.

Will never stay at the Prince Resort again. We checked out a day early and lost the money just to get out and not deal with the stuffy hot and dirty elevators again. The pools were dirty and the view from our room was beautiful but would have been much better if the windows weren't so dirty and the sliding glass door was dirty as well. Our room was clean and pretty comfortable. My opinion of North Beach Realty is not that good. We go in and we weren't greeted in a nice way or said welcome. After we checked in we weren't told enjoy your stay. When we checked out a day early we weren't asked why or how are stay was or were we even thanked for our business. I am assuming once they have your money that is the end of what they care about. In my opinion if you depend on customers to keep a business open and you don't even care how there stay is then I will be booking with some other business that does care.

Our vacation was perfect. The resort was beautiful. the location was close to everything and the kids had a blast in the pools, fishing on Cherry Grove Pier and playing on the beach. I would recommend this to all my friends. We will be back again.
