Come enjoy spectacular views of the ocean and expansive beach from this 6th floor oceanfront condo! We, the property owners, rent directly to you. There is no middleman. We give you our personal attention. We have one customer each week, and it is you. We want you to enjoy your stay with us! I am new to FlipKey this year and thus have few reviews here. In addition to central air-conditioning, we provide the comforts of home to enhance your vacation. We make sure the property is thoroughly cleaned after each rental. Our unit is non-smoking, and we apprec...iate your understanding and adherence to that restriction for the benefit of renters who arrive after your stay.

In addition to the great view, the living area has a 42-inch TV, DVD player, and a dining table that seats 6 people. The condo has free wifi internet (our teen children could not survive without that!) and standard cable television.

The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and utensils, pots & pans (with lids that match), as well as a new smooth-top stove and a new, quiet dishwasher. Under the kitchen counter, you will find a full-size washer and dryer.

The Master Bedroom has a king bed, private bath, 32-inch LED TV, and direct access to the oceanfront balcony where 2 rocking chairs await you. The floor-length curtain has blackout lining to minimize the morning sun for those of you who are not quite ready for it at 7 in the morning.

The 2nd Bedroom has 2 twin beds, a 27-inch LED TV, and a DVD/VCR player. The 3rd Bedroom has a small TV that also plays VCR tapes and 2 twin "Captain's Beds" that are best suited for children or teens.

Our condo building, Water Pointe II, has oceanfront outdoor and heated indoor swimming pools, an indoor hot tub, and an outdoor kiddie pool. There is a small exercise room on the second floor of the building. There is a shower for rinsing off sand when returning from the beach, and downstairs bathrooms for your convenience while at beach level.

Each unit comes with 2 free parking places. Please note that Condo Association rules prohibit the parking of trailers, motorcycles, or RVs on the property. Similarly, those rules do not allow any pets.

WaterPointe II condos are located in the family-friendly Windy Hill section of North Myrtle Beach, which puts us about 13 miles north of Myrtle Beach and halfway between Myrtle Beach, SC, and Calabash, NC. We are oceanfront, just a few blocks east of US 17 and about 16 miles north of Myrtle Beach International Airport (MYR). At our oceanfront resort, typical beach activities are at your doorstep. In addition, Myrtle Beach Watersports offers activities such as parasailing, dolphin cruises, and jet-ski rentals. Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach are home to many Golf Courses, several within 5 miles of the condo. Shopping is just minutes away by car at Tanger Outlet Mall and the stores in Barefoot Landing. You will not want to miss the live entertainment at the House of Blues and the Alabama Theater, also in the Barefoot Landing Complex. Restaurants are numerous throughout the area. There is something for everyone. Come explore!

Weekly stays are from Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is 4 p.m. Check-out is 10 a.m.
For stays of 5 nights or more, the rate includes linens and departure cleaning.
For stays of 4 nights or less, add $110 cleaning and linens fee.
Tax of 12% is added to all rental amounts.
Signed rental agreement and 50% deposit are required to confirm booking. We do not accept credit cards. Personal checks are preferred, with time for them to clear.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel with complete refund minus $100 cancellation fee until 2 months prior to arrival. After that, refund will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the full rental amount.

We rent to families and responsible adults only -- no house parties and/or groups including but not limited to fraternities, sororities, graduation from high school or college, and other such non-family groups. Any violation will result in termination of the rental agreement without refund.
PLEASE NOTE Condo Association rules: (1) NO trailers, motorcycles, or RVs are allowed on the property and (2) NO pets.
NO SMOKING PLEASE. Due to owner allergies and the comfort of our other guests, we ask that you refrain from smoking.

  Our family had never been to Myrtle Beach so looking for places to stay was a bit overwhelming. But then we found Kitty's condo, and it seemed too good to be true!! Let me tell you, this was the perfect place to stay!! Kitty was excellent to work with! She takes time to check in with you several times before your stay; gives you a ton of information to help you plan your stay; and the price was just right!! It is a beautiful place! The view from the balcony was awesome; the condo was clean and equipped with everything you need; and the best part, you were only a few steps from the beautiful beach that was never overcrowded! I can't forget to mention the awesome perks such as free Wifi, beach chairs, boogie boards, indoor pool, outdoor pool, beach umbrella, sundeck and so much more!! If we get the chance to go back, Kitty will be the first we contact!! We highly recommend her beautiful condo not just for location, but for the owner . . you will not be sorry!

  Lori, I am so glad that I could help your family have a great vacation in North Myrtle Beach! I am sure that if your teenagers are anything like mine, that WIFI came in very handy even though the sand and waves were beckoning. I always love hearing what my guests enjoyed while in the condo, and try to keep the condo stocked with some beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys for the younger set.   Two wonderful weeks in Myrtle Beach!!!

  We have just returned home after spending two weeks at Myrtle Beach. We have stayed at Wpii for many years in different condos, but #606 is special and will be our favorite! The unit was very clean and the "nautical" décor was very attractive. We were so impressed with the kitchen - it was fully equipped with "matching" dishes, and the utensils, pans, etc. (and whatever you needed to prepare a meal) were in excellent condition. The pots and pans had "tops" and they matched as well!! A lot of thought went into the special touches as well as providing items to make our stay more enjoyable.
  In addition to the condo being ideal, the customer service provided by Kitty Dawson was awesome. She thought of everything and it was so pleasant to work with her. She even wished us a safe journey home as the last note on her checkout list. We have already recommended #606 to several of our friends. We're looking forward to next year.
  We enjoyed "One" at alabama Theater and also went to Legends. Benitos and Cagneys are two of our favorite restaurants and added Flamingo Grill this year.

  Beautiful place! The location could not have been any better. Ocean front, perfect view of the beach. We woke up everyday to the beautiful view of the beach from the master bedroom. Everything was close by also, miniature golf, groceries, Barefoot Landing, fast food, restaurants etc. The owner provided everything that is stated plus more. They made sure we knew how to use everything and where things were. Everything was so convenient. We never had a problem using anything. Communication was wonderful as well as friendliness. The condo was so clean and we felt so at home on this vacation. We enjoyed the pools. Two nights the weather was a little chilly and we were able to go to the indoor pool. It was great. Everything at this building is so easy to find and use. We had rented other places before but this was so much better. The parking was more convenient. The security into the building made us feel safe. We never had to wait long on elevators as in other high rises. I don't think I have ever rented somewhere at the beach that the people were this friendly. Some were renters and some were owners. We were able to meet some very nice people. I would recommend this property highly. It was beautiful and had so many extras. We hope to return as soon as possible!
