Our management company restricts us to weekly rentals (Saturday to Saturday) during the months of June, July and August, therefore we cannot rent for less than 7 nights during those months. Our condo is completely booked until July 27, 2013.
Largest one bedroom Floorplan at the Bay Watch. Private bedroom and spacious kitchen and living room! See the ocean from every room in the condo. My husband and I stayed for a week april 20-27 2013. It was a last-minute vacation. We booked because we liked the online pics and description. This condo was clean, had an exceptional view. You could view the ocean from living room or bedroom. The bed was very comfortable, a nice mattress, not too firm or soft. There were 2 Tv's that were clear and large. It had everything you would need to cook. Hi-top chairs on the large balcony made it easy to see over the railing. The price was good and the resort had simple parking and a great, cheap breakfast buffet for 9.99 adults, included all beverages (coffee, juice, milk) and a good selection of food. The bath towels were older and worn, but other than that everything was great. We would stay at this place again. The owners were quick to respond and friendly.

This place was so nice me and my husband enjoyed it very much, staff was very friendly, the condo was so nice I didn't want to leave, oh yea
they have everything u could ever need home away from home kitchen stocked with utensils, coffeemaker, etc all u need to do is bring ur food and clothes, I also love the location, it was near everything we wanted to do and see...and just liike the first review the sunset is awsome love the views of the beach! We stayed in this condo and fell in love with it. It is the largest one bedroom condo we have found and extremely comfortable. It even has a washer and dryer in it. The views of the water/coast are unbelieveable and we could even see the sunset. We will definitely return here.
