Our family had an awesome vacation! We had not been on vacation in a few years. This was our daughter's first trip to Myrtle Beach and she loved the condo so much she didn't want to leave. We were close to everything, had a great view, and really enjoyed the amenities the condo complex offered. We would definitely stay here again!

This was our 1st stay at the Ashworth; and we have been visiting Myrtle Beach for over 30 years. Our unit was very clean and well appointed. The location was the best...We highly recommend the Ashworth and Unit 908.. Great family vacation...

We were very satisfied with the condo and property. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was modern and functional. The only issue we had was that the pillows in most of the rooms were inadequate. We would definitely stay there again.

We at North Beach Realty appreciate any and all reviews submitted by our guests. While we feel that reviews are a good representation of our rentals and customer service, we would like to address the few issues reported by these guests.
•Furniture was extremely uncomfortable - These guests rented this unit for a 5 months stay during which, they used this condo as their primary residence/home office. There is quite a bit more use of the furniture (ie: beds & living room furniture) when living in a condo as opposed to renting for a weeks vacation. The owners of this unit think the living room furniture and mattresses are very comfortable and we have not had any other complaints from previous guests. These guests also mentioned they BOTH have bad backs, so we feel their initial comment is unfair.
•No storage in the bathrooms – Again, these guests lived in this unit for 5 months. They had more luggage & personal items with them then a guest that would be renting for a weeks vacation.
•TV’s need update – This unit does have older style “tube” TV’s however, the owners feels that since they work perfectly fine, there is no reason to spend thousands of dollars to upgrade to newer flat screen TV’s at this time. When you are on vacation, how much time are you really spending watching TV? TV’s will be replaced when if & when necessary.
•VCR’s in the room? How about an 8 track? – Again, the owner feels that if they work perfectly fine, why spend money to replace them and how many movies are really being watched while on vacation?
We would also like to ad that these guests wrote this review within the 2nd month of their stay and upon departure, they were very pleased and are interested in renting again for 6 months this upcoming winter.

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the aswhorth in July 2011. The only downfall was that the common areas of the property ( hallways, elevators, public restroom) were pretty dirty. Also, we were shocked that no recycling services were provided-absolutely shocked. The apartment was lovely and the view of the ocean and beach were magnificent.

Everything was just what was advertised. Once we pulled in the parking deck we did not have to leave the beach. Everything we needed and wanted to do was within walking distance. Condo was great and well taken care of, couldn't have asked for a better time.

THIS WAS OUR SECOND YEAR IN A ROW WE GOT THE SAME UNIT AS LAST YEAR BECAUSE WE LOVED IT SO MUCH THE STAFF ARE VERY HELPFUL AND EVEN THO WE ARRIVED FOUR HRS EARLY THE CONDO WAS READY AND THEY LET US CHECK IN EARLY THE LOCATION IS GREAT RIGHT ON THE BEACH AND THERE ARE PLENTY OF SHOPS AND RESTAURANTS IN WALKING DISTANCE WE DEFINITELY PLAN TO COME BACK EVERY YEAR

We only had four nights and wished it had been more. We loved that the beach was right at our door. The unit is within walking distance to several restaurants and stores. The condo was clean and well kept up. We would recommend this unit and we're looking forward to returning next year.
