I did rate it an average because the view was awesome with a great view of the ocean..The room was about average and for the price it was what was expected..However not understanding that when we rented it thru a rental agency instead of the hotel the hotel would not assist us with anything. We did not get any fresh towels the whole time we were there. No one offered to clean the rooms for us and we had to take out our own trash...the sheets would not fit on the beds properly and when we called the rental agency they said that the laundry that they outsorce to must have shrunk them but did not offer to bring us different ones.I think you have to be careful when you rent thru an agency and ask more questions..Overall for the price though it was okay..

Thank you so much for your review. We appreciate the feedback. We are so sorry that you had a problem with the linens and we would of gladly brought you a replacement set. We pride ourselves on following up on our guests' requests. As a Vacation Rental, we take care of the cleaning upon departure. All the properties are individually owned and we manage them for the owners so this is how it is handled. There is not daily housekeeping but we do offer mid-week cleaning if you requested it. Hope that we can help you in the future & glad that you enjoyed your stay.

VAGreat Beach Getaway

Beach Cove was a great time, several pools and jacuzzis, tiki bar and right on the beach,
close to shopping and night life.
We had a great time there!
Front desk staff could use some customer relations training, but the rest of the staff was very polite and helpful. -

We absolutely loved it and all the amenities it had. Loved the location and the nice beach area. Really hope to stay there again over Labor Day.

Condo was very nice and the condo was motercycle friendly just like they said it was. Room was nice and they had so many amenities at condo that you did not have to go to the beach.
