A very nice, roomy and quiet condo. Everything you need is there. Close to the pool and tennis courts. Only a short drive to the beach and to a lot of restaurants. We had a very pleasant stay and would consider to rent this condo again.

My family thoroughly enjoyed the stay at this particcular condo. It was very close to our personal condo and they flet the location was great for the kids as parks were very close. We will surley consider booking for next year very soon.

The property is in need of some repairs and paint. Cleaning of the unit need to be improved, very dirty. Carpet is very dirty it was claned in a few minutes dirt in the corners etc. Had problems in the kitchen garbage disp and dishwasher. All repaired fast response thanks.

The unit was clean and close to all North Myrtle Beach has to offer. It was just a 5 minute ride to the beach. The unit could use a little upgrading,but is still a good place to rent. Since it is not a hotel rental,remember to bring all your personal toiletries.
