Whether looking for the perfect golf or beach vacation this townhome has it all. Let it be your home away from home. Our newly furnished and decorated 3 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath, 2 story townhouse is located in the Tanglewood section of Barefoot Resort and Golf on the tee of the 13th hole of the Greg Norman course. The unit features one King, two Queens, and two Twin beds sleeping 8 people comfortably. Our unit is located in a quiet area and has a private driveway with a one car garage for your use. The garage has a utility sink to clean and store your golf clubs and beach gear. It also has an extra refrigerator to keep your beverages cold. No nee...d to worry about parking here with a dozen extra spaces close to the unit.

The living area has a 52” HDTV and leather seating with a lift top coffee table while using your laptop. The kitchen has granite counter tops and is equipped with everything you need to make your home cooked meals. Bring your K-cups to use the Keurig coffee maker or the Krups coffee maker with a grinder. Enjoy two seating areas around the kitchen table or in the dining room. A half bathroom and full size laundry is also located on the first floor.

Enjoy the view of the golfers teeing off with your morning cup of coffee from the screened porch on the 13th hole of the Norman course. Make sure you wave as they pass by.

Barefoot has two pools for your use. One in Tanglewood, which is a few steps from our front door and another located between the North Tower Condominium and Yacht Club on the Intracoastal Waterway. This pool is one of the largest in SC and also has a swim up hot tub. Near this pool is the wonderful Jasmin's Spa. At the marina, adjacent to the large pool is Dirty Don’s Oyster Bar & Grill.

If you enjoy the beach it is located one mile from the entrance to the resort. The beach is accessible by shuttle to the private Barefoot Beach Cabana. This free shuttle is only a few hundred feet up the street and runs from Memorial Day to the end of October. No need to worry about finding parking at the beach and no sand in your car! The lower level is available for your use. There are restrooms, picnic tables and a showe to wash the sand off of your feet.

The famous Barefoot Landing shopping area is just outside the resort and has an abundance of shopping boutiques, wonderful dining choices and entertainment such as the Alabama Theater and the House of Blues. Our favorite place to eat is Joe’s Bar and Grill which is located just outside of the resort behind Olive Garden.

The townhome offers free local telephone and free long distance including Canada (non-international) calls, cable, HDTV, and high speed internet access through a wireless router.

This is a strictly enforced NON-SMOKNG and PET-FREE home. We have allergies and want to make sure that all guests are comfortable. We are sorry but according to Tanglewood’s HOA rule, renters are not allowed to have golf carts, motorcycles, trailers, boats or RV’s. Last and most important, this unit will be clean when you arrive. NO RENTERS UNDER THE AGE OF 23
