Thank you for checking us out! We are Myrtle Beach Vacation Stations and we would love to be able to host you and your group on your next vacation to the North Myrtle Beach area!

Enjoy this one bed, one bath bungalow that is a very short walk to the beach. Located in the Cherry Grove Beach neighborhood of North Myrtle Beach, this beautifully decorated bungalow features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, outdoor shower for the beach sand, and a very spacious fenced in yard that is only shared with the two neighboring bungalows.

Myrtle Beach is known for its golf; boasting over 80 easily accessible courses. If a golf course is not your thing, Myrtle Beach is also known as the Mini-Golf Capital of the world, so it goes without saying that there is one nearby. Not to mention Barefoot Landing with over 100 shops and dining possibilities, including the new Lucy Buffets Lulu’s restaurant. The Little River waterfront is not even a stretch away, featuring the only Casino Cruises in the Carolina’s. This area is such a beautiful place with something for everyone.

Please note the following prior to making your reservation:

- Linens are not initially provided. We do have packages available for purchase, or you can bring your own. Linen Package includes two towels and washcloths per bed occupancy, sheets, and a dish towel per package. The package prices are $50 for a King/Queen/Double, and $25 for a twin.

- Pets are welcome, however we do charge a $75 non-refundable fee plus 12% tax per pet*. Please see pet policies below.

- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required to be electronically submitted to us prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property. This electronic code will be sent via email once all required information is received.

- Toiletries are not included.

- The listing rental rate includes parking for two (2) vehicles.

Rental Age Policy:

- Primary renters, or groups primarily with guests under the age of 25 (including student groups and events) are required to alternate fees of $50 per person for cleaning and linens*. This will override the posted cleaning fee on the listing. Groups consisting of primary renters or for guests under the age of 21, will be required to submit parent/guardian signatures and government issued photo identification. A refundable security deposit may be required.

Pet Policies:

- Pets are welcome, however we do charge a non-refundable $75 fee plus 12% tax per pet*.

- Please contact us prior to booking if you intend to bring more than two (2) pets.

- Pets must be crated, or otherwise secured, when left unattended at the property.

- Pets must be cleaned up after, and the renter assumes all responsibility for any damages caused by pets.

- Coverage is available to all guests once rental deposit is paid.

“Cherry grove Bungalow 3”

The photos online must have been taken a long time ago, because the cherry grove bungalow 3 does not look anything like them. The fridge in the kitchen literally has two shelf’s, none on the door. The pans were dirty when we got here, there’s not your standard pans and there’s barely any silver wear. The pull out couch wasn’t sturdy at all! My friends had to go buy a blow up mattress because they were worried it was going to break. The couch was not in the best shape either. The bathroom sink didn’t drain Since day 1! (until we saw the cleaning lady outside and she went to the store and got us drain-o) & when I emailed the Owner about it she asked me if it’s been like that or if it just started because of my hair?! Also the over head light in the bathroom flickers on and off which was very annoying. Not to even mention the back yard has not been kept up with at all, the pictures make it look so nice but it’s very over grown, the picnic table is broken and the charcoal grilled are placed so close to fence you think your going to catch it on fire. I am not happy with the stay at all, it has been very difficult to even get in touch with the owners about any problems we have. Also I was charged a pet fee and I didn’t even have an animal with me! And I’ve been back and forth about a refund for that. And that’s not something I’ve wanted to deal with on a vacation. I feel like they should be responsible for my refund but they said TripAdvisor is. The only good thing about the cherry grove bungalow 3 was when we got here it smelled very clean, so props to the cleaning lady Christy.

Very tiny. Absolutely no way this place will sleep 6 people. Floors very dirty. Dishes in unit leave a lot to be desired. Pans were rusty.
