Amazing location. Couldn't get closer to the beach. The room was very small, but when you're focus is on the beach, it's so worth it. We definitely want to come back with only the necessities so we have room to move around inside.

overall great spot and I'd come back. I would recommend getting rid of too many pillows and centerpiece on the table to give it a more space. Otherwise really cute & clean and the best spot at the Sea Rocket

This studio room is great for 2 people for a short stay. Beachfront location is fantastic and you can watch the sun set each evening, right outside your door. A few things to note: we stayed for 4 nights and ran out of toilet paper (not much supplied). Also, no Kleenex is supplied in the room. Specific to Unit 7 - The room has a small kitchenette that is fully stocked but very small to work in, so we ate most of our meals out. The 2-burner stove has crooked burners making it difficult to cook on them. Sometimes, one of the burners had to be played wth before it would work. There are water leaks under the kitchen sink and in the toilet (my husband was able to fix the toilet leak). You have to run the hot water for about 5 minutes to get hot water in the shower.

It does say in all of the paperwork as well as on our website, on the policies and procedures link, that only a start up of suppies will be in the unit, there were no calls about the burners, that will be looked after immediately.

Even though it was an efficiency unit, it had plenty of space. We were right on the beach, ground level and 6 steps to the sand. The area was very clean, quiet, and the beach and sunets were magnificent. Would recommend to anyone wanting a smaller, less expensive place that is a bit of paradise. Convenient to everything around.

It is a wonderful place, the small apartment is comfortable with everything you need for a few delicious days, administrators are very the morning the dolphins in the water made an experience to repeat many times. We can return and return.

#7 is located in the perfect spot, closest to the beach, patio, and parking. It was very clean and everything is updated. They even had a few beach chairs and boogie boards in the closet for our use, which kept us from going out to buy beach stuff. We didn't cook there, but plenty of room and appliances there if we chose to. Overall a great place to stay! The only downfall is no pool, but we did just fine without one. Highly recommend!

The Sea Rocket is a great little place for a restful beach vacation. The maintenance man keeps the property neat and clean. Linda,Vronda and the staff at Waterfront Rentals are wonderful to work with. We have been staying here twice a year for several years and look forward to each visit.

Overall the accommodations were very comfortable and appealing. Being able to walk out and be directly on the beach was a definite plus. The only drawback was that the unit did not have a full stove, which made cooking difficult, aside from that very enjoyable. Suggest installing a proper full stove.

Great experience as usual! Waterfront Vacation staff extremely helpful. One surprise when booking return visit 8 months out was a new requirment of a $300.00 deposit. Hotels in Miami/Ft.Lauderdale don't require this type of deposit even for the holidays.

We have been staying at the Sea Rocket for over 25 years when we vacation in Florida! At that time our family was young, and it was very affordable! Would not stay anywhere else when we go there to visit family, even now, when it is just the two of us!
We have stayed in multiple units, but have always been extremely satisfied! Nowhere else could we stay where it is so peaceful, and close to the beach at such a reasonable rate! Once we had to cancel our trip due to my husband becoming ill, but since we purchased
the trip insurance, we were reimbursed for our room in full! Will not ever pass up that trip insurance. That was amazing, and you never know ! Everyone at the Sea Rocket from the maintenance man, Anthony, to the great girls at Waterfront Realty, and even the
other guests, some of which are owners, some just vacationers as ourselves, could not be nicer! Just returned from this years' visit, and as always, have come home refreshed from our relaxing stay !! Cannot wait to go again next year :-) -

This was our second visit to Sea Rocket, and we loved the location of this particular unit! We love the shady area with picnic tables and beach furniture! I appreciate the grounds maintained daily, and also having outside clean trash cans for trash and
for recycle! The covered area outside is a big drawing card for us since hanging out in the direct sun all day is no fun for us! The efficiency is great. All that being said, here was feedback we gave to the office: hot water an issue -- often wasted A LOT
of water before hot water arrived; entrance door sticking badly; needs vacuuming under sofa and under bed; windows dirty. We realize that the salty air and such do that, but the view is part of what we pay for, and if the windows were washed prior to each
new visitor, it would make a big difference! And yes, the bathroom needs a cabinet or something on which to place bathroom items. And a little mat just inside the entrance door would be good too! Thank you! -

We always enjoy our weekends at the Sea Rocket.Booking with the team at Waterfront Vacation Rentals is a pleasure. The only issue this trip was the maintenance man using the sand blowing machine at 7:30am Sunday morning.Woke up several unhappy guests in the complex. It did not occur next day!

The only issue i didnt understand was u had to pay a cleaning fee of $50 but u were expected to take out all trash and load and run the dishwasher upon departure..cleaning service had nothin much to do...????

My daughter and I stayed at Rocket 7 and we loved it. The unit was clean and cozy. It had all the essentials. We loved that we could just walk out onto the beach. No need to drag so much stuff with us because the unit is steps from the beach and the view is spectacular. We loved it!

I've tried staying at a few resorts along the beach but never the Sea Rocket so this was my first time at this place. I was pleasantly surprised with Unit #7 and really appreciated the cleanliness of it. Since it was on the ground floor, it was easy access to the beach & to my own parking space (for all my shopping runs). It's not the Ritz but then how much time do you really spend indoors. I loved my stay in Unit 7 so much that I will definitely be back next year. Hey, life's a beach!!

The condo was great and had all the amenities. The only thing it could use is a new can opener and more shelves or storage in the bathroom.Maybe a toilet caddy would fit.The mattress is also a little worn out and should be replaced.
The people at Waterfront Vacation Rentals are really top notch! I cannot say enough about them and their great attitudes.

What we like best about Sea Rocket is that we can open the door and be only steps away from the beach! We enjoy staying in the beachfront accommodations, especially #7, which is newly remodeled with lovely decor and a great view of the gulf.

Room is very clean, brand new everything, tastefuly decorated, functional and RIGHT ON THE BEACH! Our main goal accomplished! Website is misleading advertising beach chairs...but you cannot take them on the beach. Overall very satisfied and told all of our friends and family about Sea Rocket 7.

WE HAVE STAYED AT SEA ROCKET MANY TIMES.WE HAD UNIT 7 THIS TIME WHICH HAD JUST BEEN RENOVATED. BEAUTIFUL. FIRST THE TV WOULD NOT WORK, THE WATER TO AT LEAST 30 MIN. TO GET HOT, AND THE REFRIGERATOR WOULD NOT STAY COLD. WE LOST HAMBURGER, HAD TO THOW IT OUT. FREEZER WAS OK. TOM & TIM TRIED EVERTHING TO GET THINGS WORKING. THEY DID GET THE TV WORKING BY RUNNING AN EXTENSION CORD TO ANOTHER WALL. THE OUTSIDE WALL DID NOT WORK. LOCATION IS GREAT. I GOT HOME WROTE WATERFRONT TO TELL THEM OUR EXPERIENCE, HAVE NOT HEARD A THING.
