This luxurious 5000 sq ft beachfront home sits on a 1 acre beach plot in Cayman Kai (within Rum Point) on the north coast. It has breathtaking views over the huge infinity edge pool, the palm tree lined private, white sand beach. with excellent snorkeling, a covered veranda. The location is fantastic; within easy walking distance of Kaibo Yacht Club and Starfish Point, 5 mins drive to Rum Point & 5 mins boat ride to Sting Ray City.

Our home has very spacious living spaces, which make this a wonderful choice for 2 families, 1 extended family or 3 couples. The main living area is divided into a living room with satellite TV, DVD & inte...rnet, plus a reading area. There is a further large kitchen / family room with high end Miele appliances, sofas and a large dining table. All the living spaces, master bedroom and second bedroom have large French doors opening onto either the ground floor pool deck or first floor balcony, which give panoramic views over the beach and ocean. Accommodates 10 people (8 adults max.) The house has 3 queen bedrooms each with ensuite, which can sleep 3 adult couples, plus a large den suitable for 2-4 children which is off the spacious master bedroom and ensuite. A baby’s cot (crib) is available and can be placed in any bedroom request. Equipment includes wireless broadband, large plasma TV & DVD, ipod docks in the family room. All rooms have individually controlled AC and ceiling fans. There is plenty of off-street parking at the front of the house.

The house has a full width oceanfront covered veranda, with a large teak dining table and chairs and a stainless gas BBQ, so that you can enjoy alfresco meals in the shade. The covered veranda also houses the childrens playhouse with slide and outdoor table tennis. The house has a 50ft pool with vanishing edge views into the ocean. The large pool deck has been completely re-modelled and has a raised timber lounge area and a contemporary daybeds. There is another timber deck area at the other end of the pool with a 2 seat sofa and 3 lounge seats, which is perfect for watching the sunset over the ocean, whilst sipping a cocktail. Alternatively, relax on the beach in the hammock or in the lounge chairs (4) under the palm trees by our boat dock, enjoying the sea breeze and listening to the sound of the ocean

The barefoot beach is white coral sand with palm trees offering shade from the Caribbean sun. There are 4 sun loungers on the beach by the vanishing edge. The ocean here is very popular with kite-surfers and paddle-boarders and there are 2 double kayaks for use of our guests. From the beach and dock, you will see crabs, starfish and small shoals of fish which come to the mangrove to spawn. The snorkeling is excellent and you will find plenty of bigger fish, starfish and we regularly have a wild dolphin here. Pool shoes/fins required for swimming or snorkeling anywhere there is a marine environment.

We are in a quiet upmarket location, amongst million dollar homes, white sand beaches and the blue ocean. Kaibo Yacht Club is a 5 mins walk away, Starfish Point is 2 mins stroll along the beach and Rum Point is 5 mins drive away.

Prices are for a minimum stay of 5 nights and there is a 10% local government occupation tax. A $1500 damage deposit is required.Read more

  The pool & sandy property was breathe taking!! Wish we had spent more time enjoying it. The tv situation was complicated & the owner came over right away to help us out with it. However, we were told if any more problems call the communications company to help us. I'm guessing that bill would be our responsibility! We were very disappointed that there was no working dryer as advertised. We hung clothes out on the line, however we had 3 days of rain! The home was very nice however, as owners explained they are going to totally renovate, as some doors were not working & downstairs toilet was wobbly! The home obviously needs repairs. It is also quite a distance from George town. There are a couple of wonderful restaurants near by which were great! If you want a quiet relaxing & peaceful vacation this would be perfect. I feel a few repairs could be done prior to renovations to make the stay more comfortable.

  I am sorry that you felt that repairs are necessary and it is a pity we didnt know this during your stay, as we would of course have tried to put everything right.
  
  There are working doors at the front and back of the house leading to the covered verandah. There are doors closed off at the back as these do not work, but I am not sure why that should affect your enjoyment?
  We do not have a dryer as there is lots of wind and sun here in the Cayman Islands - there is NOT one advertised.
  We came over as soon as you called to help you turn on the television. There are instructions in the Guest Book and we have left an "idiots guide" from the cable company. We have never watched the satellite and advised you to contact the helpline if there was an issue with any of the channels as sadly we have no experience there; there is no question that you would be charged and certainly there is no mechanism to do so. We did not hear from you again re the TV and certainly no other guests have found the set up unusual.
  Although you did not mention the wobbly toilet, we noticed it and the problem is now resolved.

  This was a perfect Christmas getaway..spent a wonderful two weeks here. Loved the starfish right on the beach and one day a dolphin showed up at sunset and started doing flips right in front of the house...wow
