I called and ask to have the wifi checked cause it would sign on then knock you of it was frustrating they said I'm on the list never showed up also were unable to use the balcony in the evening the last two evening cause of what look to be water bugs our something in that family not just one there were many.I rented many times from treasure realty never had a complaint

I enjoyed our trip very much, I had very few complaints. One was that I needed a television in my bedroom, that is how I sleep at night watching TV to unwind. And the kitchen was extremely small in comparsion to the rest of the condo. The beds and furnishings were very nice and comfortable. Loved having a washing machine, it was so helpful. The beach of course was great and not crowded at all, same with the pool. We enjoyed ourselves and relaxed. Nice place to go for a getaway.

Vacation to the beach is always a great time. This unit provided our family a great vacation and was as was advertised and there was plenty of room for all 7 of us. The kitchen area was stocked with essentials to have good family meals, beds were comfortable. The view from the unit almost made you feel you were on a cruise ship. We absolutely enjoyed all the amenities offered from the pool outside and inside pool also. The tennis court also fit part of the families enjoyment of tennis. The check in an check out were simple and easy as well as effortless. The one thing that the unit offered was only 1 TV which for 7 people I thought might be a issue but it never was. We definitely would stay in this unit again and use Treasure Realty again also.

As always Treasure Realty check-in and check-out was easy and quick.
We have stayed in Topsail multiple times and in the St. Regis several times and this one was very nice. We had two adults, 3 children under 8 as well as an infant in the unit. Our friends (2adults one 3yo) stayed a few units down and we had enough room for all of us to eat dinner together and let the kids hang out and watch a movie. The unit has an updated kitchen which was a bonus and the view was very nice. It is fairly high up and near the atlantis Restaurant, we even thought about doing take out!
Because of its location it was a little of a hike to get to the beach with kids and all the beach necessities because you are located in the central/main building. Sometimes it feels a bit odd walking though the main entrance when wet and grimy from the beach.
The couches were not that comfortable, but that's the style of those denim back pillow couches. We did not have anyone sleeping on them so I don't know if the fold out was comfortable.
I would recommend this unit, it was clean, comfortable and did have some nice updates. The view of the ocean was great! This is a unit we would stay in again.Response from Treasure Realty - 11/28/2012

For the most part, our vacation was enjoyable because we made it so. Tropical Storm Beryl came, we didn't mind except for the fact that the unit we were in had defects above the windows in the master bedroom that flooded the room.
I called Treasury the next day and the rep I talked to was extremely rude, condescending, and dismissive.
She said, "So you think we should send a person to every location we handle to baby-sit you during a God-made storm?" several times.
Uh...no. She didn't listen to what I said. It did not flood anywhere else in the condo. So - that tells you there is a defect in that room. We had to mop and run to pick up stuff for an entire day in that one room. We had a point room with other sliding doors and entry points of water. Her contention was that water is going to come in during a storm regardless. No. It did not. It did not come in from any other point that above the windows in the master bedroom. There was no other water point of entry. That is a defect. Not an "act of god" as she kept saying over and over. We own a cleaning business and the estimate of what we did is appx. $700.00!
Treasure Realty is generally very good and efficient. I hope they look into their training for representatives during a crisis though. The rep we got concerning our issue was very, very rude. -

Let me start with the good things: the view. This unit overlooked the ocean, and the view was gorgeous.
Now the rest: this unit was badly in need of a good scrubbing, there were cockroaches, the furniture was so dirty we pulled the comforters off of the unused beds to place on the furniture, there was terrible water damage around the window from leakage, and the best part was that on day 2 workmen let themselves into the unit while we were in there! They said that the owner wanted them there to work on the windows. Apparently it was the most convenient time for the workers and the owner, but they should not have rented out the place that week! All in all- horrible. This was our honeymoon and we cut it short to return home because it was such an enormous disappointment. The good news is that we went to France later that week so all's well that ends well. -

The last time we stayed there, the pool was closed a couple of days which was a inconvience! We like the low key atomosphere and being right on the beach.
