Great location I have stayed in these condos a few times. It could use some updating like the hall bathroom and kitchen but all in all a nice place

This condo was closest of all to the beach. It was not high in the building but you could still see all the waves. It was nice to have the pools and hot tub in the facility, but everything was very old, rusting out, etc. The furniture in the condo was fine, but the bathrooms and kitchen were also old. What I liked the least was that the floors were always cold even with the aC off, so cold that if you opened up to get sea air, condensation would make the floors completely wet.

The room was ok, a bit out dated and in need of some painting and a deep clean... not worth the $ spent. Had overnight rain on a Tuesday morning causing the master ceiling to leak, called for service was told someone would call me back shortly...no call day after day. Rain again overnight on Thursday night same thing, checked out early on Saturday morning and still no calls about the leak. We were on the 1st floor and the master bedroom ceiling leaked twice, which caused the plaster to fall off the ceiling and windows. As for Topsail, a great, relaxing place and we will be taking the family back, just renting a differant location.

With regard to the leaking ceiling, I'm not sure what happened when you called us, but I cannot find any record of your call or any repairs made of the kind you described. No one else has complained about the issues since your stay either. In any case, if you call us about an issue, and we do not respond in a timely manner, please don't hesitate to call us again. We want your vacation to be as pleasant as possible and we regret to hear that this one could have been better. Please accept my apologies for the shortcomings and inconveniences.

Our family just loves the beach! I hope to live there some day, until then we vacation there all the time. The stay at the St. Regis was great! We have a group of wonderful friends that are more thought of as our real family and we all got condos there that week and it was Fantastic being there together. Being together and close to the beach was beautiful. We usually rent a huge house for 22 people-- but this time we all rented a condo-- some of us shared and some of us each had one each. It worked out really well and all day on the beach into evening then party time in whoever's condo the rest of the night.Each condo was decorated lovely. Nautical-beachy- tasteful all the way. We would definitely come again!!! Laura S.
