WVNice but dirty
Left on 06/19/2012 for a stay in June 2012
Rented this condo thru Treasure Realty. Poor customer service. If you arrive earlier than check in time they say they will call you when the unit is clean. Do not believe this.We waited from 11:00 to 3:00 with no call. We went to the office twice and each time they said it was not ready. When we finally got in at 3:30 we found the housekeepers clipboard inside that showed they were only there cleaning for 55 min. and left at 12:30.The sweeper was a "hit & miss" job, carpet dirty, & 1/4" dust on top of fridge. The sliding screens to patio were broken and so was the bifold door to the ldry rm. Leather couch was very worn. The Villa grounds are kept up nice. Rooms are privately owned and from talking to others alot of rooms there are just not kept up.Premium price for low end rooms.

Thanks for your very candid review of this lovely unit and of Treasure Realty. Honestly, we do allow for early check-ins as often as we possibly can, since this is helpful to you, to our other guests, and to us. However, we rely on the cleaners to notify us when they are finished and to let us know that everything in the unit is ready for guests before we release keys. I'm not sure what happened in your case, but please remember that check-in before 3pm is not a guarantee. I do apologize that we could not get you into your unit earlier.
Had you notified us about the cleanliness issue, the sliding screen doors and the laundry room door, we could have taken care of all of those for you. Please accept my apology for these shortcomings. I'm sorry that you feel that the price you paid for this condo was not worthwhile based on these easily remedied issues. Fortunately, not everyone shares your opinion. We appreciate your feedback.
