      Fantastic

      Our room was clean and linens were there on time. The home is perfect for us. We love the view and the beach was almost empty. No crowds! The pool was open but the pool lights were not lit. This is our second time at this home. We probably will book it again.

      Fabulous view!

      We had a short stay (3 nights) in 2510 right at the beginning of off season. This was our first time at Topsail, but had heard good things about the beach and St. Regis from family. Was very pleased with the unit. There was a fabulous view from the living area and both bedrooms. Elevator right outside door for ease of getting downstairs (and thankfully did not ding/make noise). Unit felt comfortable and everything we needed was there. Some minor cosmetic things could be fixed (e.g., 2nd bath shower rod was about to come off of wall, one of the balcony chairs was broke). Resort amenities were well maintained. Would definitely stay at St. Regis and in this unit again.

      What a Lovely View and a Relaxing Time!

      Staying at the St. Regis 2510 was a delightful experience. Sitting on the balcony overlooking the ocean was absolutely beautiful as well as relaxing. The beach was only an elevator and steps away. The exercise facility was located just below this particular condo on the first floor. For a time of relaxing and getting away from it all, I would go back there in a heartbeat!

      I am very familiar with the St. Regis and love the building and its amenities and location. The furniture in this unit was not up to par. It was old, uncomfortable and cheap. I see in the new photos they have gotten some new furniture and I feel that would make it a great place to stay.
