The condo was good a little tight with 4, I would not recommend for 6 people. Great views of the ocean and the sound and easy access to the beach. The condo itself could have been cleaned much better. The outdoor pool at the complex was disgusting, we did not even use it. The indoor pool was much better and we did end up using that one.

Loved this place! We have fell in love with Topsail Island! Our condo was very nice and clean! The view from our condo was amazing! We are planning another trip to Topsail next year! My kids cried when they had to leave and are wanting to move there!

This condo was just perfect for my friend and I, as price was a consideration and for the two of us, just the right size. The location right on the beach was great and the balcony had a great view. It was clean and comfortable and "almost like home"! Only had one problem and that was with the clothes washer which the owner's note on it indicated that it had previous problems, and it just didn't work at all! So - rinsed out items by hand and used the dryer which worked just fine. Plenty of dishes and cooking utensils/pots/pans, which we didn't use much, but if we needed them...The two pools we didn't use but they looked wonderful. Definitely would recommend this and will - to a friend who is looking for a week's rental.

I really liked St Regis. It was so peaceful. Our room was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. The only problem we had on this vacation was that the air conditioner kept going out it was always temporary. This wasn't a problem for me but by husband didn't like it. The kids had no difficulties with the beds in the hall. Nice view from balcony of the ocean and the costal way. Saw a deer crossing the road. The Balcony isn't very big though. I will go to St Regis again.

As a West Coast native, I found the Treasure on the
East Coast via the internet and Treasure Realty website. The ease of selecting our condo at the Regis. Our room was brightly decored in beach theme fabrics gave us the fabulous view of susets and beach. Would pick this one again. Having washer/dryer set in room was great -

We have stayed in this unit twice when only a few members of our family can come to the beach. Even though it only has one bedroom it seems roomy because it has tow baths and the cute bunks in the hallway plus the fold out couch. The sunsets from this unit are breath taking. It's also a unit that is well equipped and decorated very nicely.
