Great clean, roomy condo. Great ocean view. Nicely decorated. Super kitchen. Closet full of beach chairs, boogie boards. Cons would be lack of wifi service offered--you can pick up resort's access on balcony, but spotty. Could also have more cable offerings in bedrooms. I would recommend this unit.

Great outdoor amenities. The pools were all very nice. I would have liked for this unit to be better equipped with items to help pass the time on a rainy day. More books, puzzles, board games, etc. There are some board games, but not one had all of its pieces. Couldn't find any dice in any game, so we had to load a dice-rolling app onto my son's ipod. The one game we found that appeared to have all of its parts, had directions...in Spanish! Also, it would have been nice to have wi-fi access in the room. My husband's taking a class, and had some minor business to conduct. Every time we wanted to access our e-mail, we had to take his laptop down to the lobby.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with us. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed the views. Unfortunately, it can be very difficult to maintain board games in rental properties. There is a CVS and a Maxway store about 3-4 miles from the Villa in Sneads Ferry, and they have several games to choose from at very reasonable prices.
With regard to the Internet access, the HOA downgraded the wi-fi this year, such that it is only available around the pool/lobby areas. We are advising our owners to consider providing wi-fi in their units, so we will definitely share your feedback as well. We appreciate your patience with that in the meantime. We enjoyed the top floor views of the ocean and pools. Quiet mornings on the patio with coffee and then down to the pools and beach for the day. Both are easily accessible and a short distance from the elevators for returns for lunch and other "forgotten items". This unit was very clean and spacious, with a well stocked kitchen for those that enjoy cooking.
With the second staircase inside the unit, we had an additional small foyer for the beach toys and all the sandy shoes.
I highly recommend this unit. -

It was a beautiful place. They only bad thing I found about it was the outside porch has absolutely no shade when the sun comes over. I think I would like to stay on the opposite side next time. Yes I would Def go back to the Villa!

We have been coming to Villa for the past 12 years and always get a different unit. However, this unit was great. It was well equipped with supplies and fit our family needs. Too bad that it is off the market for this year and we had to get another unit.
