We stayed at Topsail Dunes. The unit we stayed in could have been nicer. The layout is great. However, there needs to be a bit updating before we would to stay there again. Actually while we were there the new owners dropped by and agreed about there needing to be changes. They had stopped by hoping to bring a much needed mattress and balcony furniture. They said they planned on lots of changes including new tvs in both the living room and adding one to the bedroom. New furniture and kitchen updates seemed to also be in the works. If those things do happen we would consider staying there again.

The service from Treasure Realty was great and their response to our needs was prompt and pleasant. My unit was clean and comfortable - just right for my family. An update of the cookware would be of benefit as well as adding some eating utensils. The balcony was a wonderful, relaxing place for this grandma! There was no problem with noise and the location was excellent. If I was looking for a long-term rental I would definitely consider this complex. The only drawback for me personally was the stair climb for my aging knees!

We had a great time. The condo was just the right size for 2. The complex was great. We will definitely rent there again. All the amenities a one place.
The only ting I would change for this unit is more pots and pans in the kitchen. An alarm clock and an iron. The unit was very clean upon check in. The balcony was great we spent 99% of our time on it. I would recommend higher chair for the balcony so that the railing doen't obscure the fantastic viewResponse from Treasure Realty - 11/28/2012

Our stay was ok until the air conditioning broke. They were not able to fix it before we left. The inside was decent but they could have had better deck furniture.

My wife and I have stayed at Topsail Dunes several times. We have been in unit 1308 on multiple occasions and have found it to be everything that we were looking for. It is quiet, peaceful and relaxing. The unit 1308 has a great view of the ocean and contains all of the things we needed to make things convenient, as well as cost effective. Even though there may be other rentals in the area that are newer and more "state of the art", the peace and tranquility of Topsail Dunes makes it a favorite vacation spot for my wife and I.

I stayed in this unit with my two kids for the week. Great place to stay. Safe,clean and fun. Beach right off the balcony, pool was great. I felt right at home.
