This place is great for two people wanting to get away. House keeping had the place clean. There are 3 play grounds in short driving distance. There was very little traffic and the area was quiet! We were there the third week of august.

We had a wonderful time. It was a great 25 year wedding anniversary. The home was well maintained, wonderful view. the only problem we had was the ants in the bathroom and kitchen, and cleaning an inch or so of lint out of the dryer vent. Over all it was great.

Our stay at topsail dunes was very laided back. The weather was good and the people that we met were great also. Our condo was clean. The morning sun rises were wonderful. The only down side to our stay was no internet access.

The people at treasure realty were great and very helpful. The condo was wonderful, had everything we needed. The island is a great place to be.
